We tested four factories in China for our trading card display cases. Wetop's sample was the only one with truly seamless mitered joints and consistent UV protection across the batch. Three reorders later, we haven't looked elsewhere.
We sent inner dimensions by product type and asked for clearance on top; the drawing came back accounting for both. The 8mm sample also closed harder and polished cleaner than our current factory's.

You approve the production drawing and a paid sample before any production run. These terms apply to every case order.

Every case is built to the approved dimensions with a magnetic, sliding, hinged, or removable lid; 90° or 45° mitered joints; and the selected finish from 100 pieces per design. 1 selected material grade controls the UV-filtering claim for a display case. The protection level depends on its datasheet and the display conditions, so we quote the exact grade and provide its documentation instead of promising one percentage for every material. Buyers writing an institutional brief can compare the full museum display application first.
90° joints bond panels edge-to-face and retain a visible seam; 45° mitered joints cut the meeting edges before bonding for a cleaner corner. The mitered route adds machining and bonding work, so the quote separates it from a standard 90° construction.
100 pieces per design is the standard production MOQ for custom acrylic display cases. A paid sample is available before production so you can approve the fit, opening method, finish, and packaging. The same factory team and inspection standards apply from the first production run through larger rollouts.
3–5 days is the standard paid-sample build, followed by 15–20 days of production after approval. Cases with specified material grades, custom hardware, or complex lid mechanisms are scheduled against the final drawing. We ship FOB Shenzhen, with CIF and DDP available.

100% inspection checks the production run against the approved sample, drawing, material specification, print settings, and edge profile before shipping. 3–5 days is a common express transit reference, but the carrier quote follows chargeable weight, carton size, destination, and service. For larger orders, ask for air, sea, and split-shipment options on the same carton data so procurement can compare speed and landed cost.

1 approved drawing controls each custom size. Start from a CAD file, measured object, existing case, or photo with dimensions; identify the object's footprint, height, access direction, and required clearance. A paid sample normally takes 3–5 days so you can confirm fit before the 100-piece production run. 3 answers set most of the spec: where the case sits (retail counter, trade-show booth, museum or archive, inside a shipping carton, or a collector's shelf), how many you need per design, and how long it has to last (1–3 years of retail use, single-use unboxing, or multi-year display). Retail cases usually run 4–6 mm cast acrylic; multi-year collector or museum display points to a UV-filtering grade and a dust-sealed lid; a packaging insert gets a matte finish cut to the product outline. Send those three answers with the object dimensions, lid preference, and destination, and the quote comes back against one clear spec.
3 cost groups make landed cost: product and packing, international freight, and destination duty or clearance. We quote FOB Shenzhen by default and can also quote CIF or DDP against the same specification. Payment is 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment.
