- Most products carry no tooling or setup fee. Some complex custom parts do; if so, it is stated in the written quote.

- FOB Shenzhen by default; EXW, CIF or DDP on request

- 30% deposit, 70% before shipment

Manufacturing Capabilities
Every step runs in our own 5,000 m² factory: 8 laser cutters, 4 CNC machines, a diamond polishing line, thermoforming, UV and silk-screen printing, and assembly. Standard working tolerance is ±0.2 mm; fit-critical features are reviewed to ±0.1 mm.

What does Wetop Acrylic manufacture?
Wetop Acrylic manufactures custom acrylic display stands, trays, boxes, display cases (including graded card cases), frames and logo blocks, plus CNC-machined and laser-cut parts made to your drawing. Where is Wetop Acrylic located?
Our 5,000 m² manufacturing facility is in Shenzhen, China, with an administrative office in Dongguan. We've operated since 2008, shipping to 25+ countries — the USA is our largest market (roughly 60% of volume), followed by Europe (~25%), with the remainder spread across Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
How do I start a custom acrylic order?
Send your design file, sketch, or reference photo with the planned production quantity and specifications. We respond within 24 hours. Paid samples take 3–5 days, bulk production takes 15–20 days, and the standard production MOQ is 100 pieces per design.
What file formats do you accept for custom orders?
We accept CAD files (DWG, DXF, STEP), vector files (AI, PDF), and even photos or hand-drawn sketches. If you don't have a design file, send us a reference image and dimensions — our engineering team will create a production drawing for your approval. Logos and artwork are supplied by you; we produce from your files and do not redraw artwork.
How much does a sample cost, and is the fee separate from production?
A sample normally costs USD 200–500 depending on the complexity of the project and takes 3–5 days to produce. The fee is paid separately and is never credited to or deducted from the production order. It covers part of the one-off material, machine setup, printing or engraving setup, finishing, and inspection needed to build the sample.
What happens if a product has quality issues?
Every product goes through 100% inspection against the approved sample before shipping. If an item arrives with a manufacturing issue, send photos and the affected quantity within 7 days so we can review the evidence and agree on the corrective action.
