    What's Your MOQ? Can I start with 1~10 pcs?

    For our minimum order quantity (MOQ), we require 50 pcs. This is the threshold for accessing bulk pricing discounts. Buying more results in better pricing.

    However, we often get asked if it's possible to order just 1 to 10 pieces. The answer is yes. Orders below the MOQ will be treated as sample orders, priced higher than the MOQ rate. This approach is typically suitable for businesses needing small quantities for testing or preliminary preparations.

    Can I get a sample before placing order?

    Of course - We provide samples for every customer to confirm details before placing an order, ensuring accuracy and avoiding errors during production.

    We do not charge the sample fee for regular products. However, We will charge for products with complex craftsmanship.

    Samples will be ready in 5 days.

    Yes, we can customize according to your design specifications, including but not limited to: silk-screen printing, UV printing, engraving, etching, and vinyl decals.

    What's the order turnaround and how will you ship them?

    The turnaround depends on the order quantity and project complexity. Below are estimated turnaround based on standard orders:

    • 50~200 pcs: 10 days
    • 500~1,000 pcs: 15 days
    • 2,000~4,000 pcs: 20 days

    We typically use three shipping methods for our orders: Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS), Air Shipping, and Sea Shipping. Depending on the order volume, customer budget, and timeline requirements, we will recommend the most suitable shipping option for you.

    What's the payment term and methods?

    Our default payment terms are as follows:

    1. For amounts up to $3,000 USD: 100% prepayment before production.
    2. For amounts over $3,000 USD: 40% deposit before production, with the balance due before shipment.

    If you have specific requirements regarding payment terms, please discuss and negotiate with our sales representative.

    We support the following payment methods:

    1. PayPal (for small amounts and credit card payments)
    2. T/T Wire Transfer (international payments)
    3. ACH payment
