We started Wetop in 2008 with a decision: be the manufacturer buyers can actually rely on. One laser cutter, five people, a 350 m² workshop. Not much to look at — but we picked up every message, gave straight answers, and when we said 20 days, we meant 20 days.

65 People. Most of Them Have Been Here for Years.

We don't have a flashy company culture deck. No ping-pong tables. No mission statement on the wall.

What we do have: a team where most people have been working together for five, eight, even ten years. In an industry where factory workers change jobs every few months, that says something.

Our senior polisher has been diamond-polishing acrylic edges since 2010. He can tell by touch whether a piece needs one more pass. The laser operators know our 8 machines so well they can hear when a cut is slightly off before the QC check catches it.

And then there's the side you interact with directly — our account managers sit in our Dongguan office but visit the factory every week. When they tell you "15 days," it's because they walked the floor and checked.

We're a factory. We make things out of acrylic. But the reason clients stick around for 10+ years isn't the acrylic — it's the people on the other end of the email.
