Each unique case geometry has a 100-piece production MOQ. Paid pre-production samples take 3–5 days; sample fees are paid separately and never credited. Standard production takes 15–20 days after the case drawing, cradle, hardware, material grade, and packing are approved.

After drawing and sample approval, standard production is planned at 15–20 days. The release record should name the material grade, hardware source, cradle-fit samples, acceptance tests, appearance standard, carton configuration, and shipping marks.

Four drawings, one controlled family

Packing also changes with size. Each tabletop case needs protection that keeps the lid, base, and polished faces from rubbing during transit, while loose cradles and hardware need counted compartments or labeled bags. The wall-mounted panel requires a packing plan that protects its longest span and keeps mounting parts with the correct SKU. Carton labels should identify the geometry, quantity, artwork or finish version, and destination allocation so a mixed-SKU shipment can be checked before release and received without opening every carton.
