Acrylic badges and badge holders
Name badges, ID badge holders and decorative pin badges in 2 mm or 3 mm acrylic, rectangular (60 × 20, 70 × 25 or 80 × 30 mm) or die-cut to your shape. Names and logos are UV-printed, silk-screened, engraved or hot-stamped; attach with a pin back, magnetic clasp, clip or lanyard slot.
What do custom acrylic ornaments cost?
Ornaments are quoted per design. These choices set the unit price; send them and we reply with a per-unit quote within 24 hours.
A 50 mm single-sided keychain on a ball chain costs less than a 150 mm double-sided die-cut logo standee with epoxy dome and card-backed packaging. A compact custom outline can price close to a rectangle; thin projections, internal cutouts and poor sheet nesting add machine time and waste. Ball chain is the most economical hardware, and pin backs and magnetic clasps sit at the higher end. Unit cost falls as quantity rises.

Bulk ornament orders
Each different outline or artwork counts as its own design with its own minimum, so a mixed order is quoted design by design. Most ornament orders carry no tooling or setup fee; if a complex custom part needs one, it is stated in the written quote. Enamel pieces, by comparison, need a mold for every design; public keychain makers list enamel mold fees of about $30–$280 per design. Can acrylic standees or keychains use glitter or holographic effects?
Yes. Die-cut keychains and standees can be cut from glitter acrylic, finished with holographic, gold or silver hot-stamped foil, or cut from mirrored acrylic, alongside the UV-printed artwork. Specify the material and the side the effect is viewed from. Because the result changes with light and layer order, approve the exact effect on a paid physical sample rather than relying on a screen proof alone.

Can I mix die-cut and standard shapes in one order?
You can place multiple shapes on one purchase order, but each distinct outline or printed artwork is quoted as a separate design and normally carries its own 100-piece production minimum. Use paid samples to compare secondary designs before selecting the ones that enter production.
How long does it take to produce custom acrylic ornaments?
Sample production takes 3–5 days. Once you approve the sample, bulk production runs 15–20 days depending on quantity and finishing. Orders with epoxy dome coating or custom retail packaging may add 2–3 days. We ship FOB Shenzhen, with CIF and DDP available.
What printing methods are available for acrylic ornaments?
We offer four printing methods: UV full-color printing (photo-quality, single or double-sided), silk-screen printing (durable, best for 1–3 color designs), laser engraving (permanent, tactile markings), and hot stamping (metallic foil accents). UV printing is the most popular — it reproduces full-color artwork at 1440 dpi with a white base layer for vivid colors on clear acrylic.
Can you print on both sides of an acrylic keychain?
Yes. Double-sided UV printing places independent artwork on each side with a white layer in between so colors stay vibrant from both angles. It is the usual choice for keychains, hanging ornaments and standees seen from both sides, for example a logo on the front and an event name or website on the back.
What artwork format do I need to submit for keychains or standees?
Production runs from vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) that you supply, with the cut line drawn as its own path. A raster image or sketch is enough for a first quote, but Wetop does not design, redraw, trace or vectorize artwork, so the final production file comes from you or your designer. We show the cut path and print position on a digital proof before we cut or print anything.
What design limitations apply to a custom acrylic standee or keychain?
The cut path needs enough material around narrow features, holes, tabs, and the standee-to-base slot. Fine print must remain readable at final size, and transparent areas need a defined white-ink strategy. Send the final dimensions and artwork so we can flag fragile bridges or undersized details before sampling.
Can you die-cut an acrylic keychain to a brand logo shape?
Yes. Provide vector artwork with the desired outer cut line, finished size, hole position, and hardware type. We check the outline for sharp internal corners and thin projections, then show the cut path and print position on a digital proof before making a paid sample.
Can each acrylic ornament include custom text?
Yes. A different name, number, year or date on each piece is variable text on the same design, not a new design, so the 100-piece production minimum applies to all personalized pieces of that design together. Send the text list with quantities and file format before quoting. A different shape, size, artwork layout, color or print method is a separate design with its own 100-piece minimum.
Do custom shapes cost more than standard acrylic ornament shapes?
Price follows finished size, sheet yield, cut-path complexity, print coverage, side count, hardware, quantity, and packaging.
