CBD rules apply at federal and state level: the FDA's CBD page sets out the federal position on CBD in food and supplements, and states add their own sale and labeling rules. You supply artwork and claims that meet them; we reproduce it and do not review it.

Can one CBD tincture stand hold different bottle sizes?
Only if it is designed for it. A cut-out hole grips one bottle diameter, so a stand drilled for your 30 ml bottle lets a 15 ml bottle wobble. Send one of each bottle you plan to show; we either cut a hole per size on separate tiers or use a flat shelf with a front lip and printed position marks. You confirm the fit on the paid sample with your own bottles before production, from 100 pieces per design.

A dispensary display manufacturer has to solve two jobs at once: keep products visible and build access around the buyer's state-specific security rules. Are your acrylic dispensary displays compliant with cannabis regulations?
We build fixtures to your compliance spec — not a one-size-fits-all product. Cannabis retail display rules vary by state: many require product to be locked or kept out of reach so customers cannot handle it without staff assistance, and some restrict street visibility or require child-resistant storage. California's Department of Cannabis Control, for example, requires that inspection containers not be readily accessible to customers without retailer personnel present. Tell us your state's requirements and we build lockable, behind-counter, or child-resistant fixtures to match. We do not certify any display as legally compliant — that determination rests with your regulator and compliance team.

Do you make displays for CBD brands?
Yes, though it is usually a different fixture job. A licensed dispensary buys fixed retail hardware — counter risers, jar walls, lockable cases built to your state's display and security rules — and that is what this page covers. A CBD brand is more often placing branded counter units and display boxes inside retail partners it does not own, which is a POP display program: one approved sample, identical units, shipped to each partner location.
