What is the minimum order for custom countertop display stands?
The production minimum is 100 pieces per design. One design is one footprint, structure and artwork; a second colorway, size or print layout is a separate design with its own 100 pieces. A paid sample (USD 200–500, 3–5 days) comes first and is never credited to the production order. Send every SKU and the quantity per design, and we quote them as one program.
How much does a custom countertop display stand cost?

Can you build a tester unit with removable trays?
Yes. Tester units usually carry a lift-out frosted or smoke acrylic tray under the testers so store staff can wash it without moving the stand, plus slots cut to each tester diameter and a back row for boxed stock. The tray, slot fit and refill access are checked on the paid sample with your real products before production.
Should a tiered countertop stand have 3, 4 or 5 tiers?
Use three tiers on shallow counters, for medium or large products, or where shoppers stand close, as at a cosmetics or jewelry counter; a 3-tier stand typically holds 10–14 SKUs. Five tiers hold 18–24 small SKUs in the same width and suit island fixtures read from 1–1.5 m away, but need more depth and a sightline check. Add counter height, stand height and the tallest top-tier product, and keep the total near the 60–65 in (152–165 cm) adult eye line.
How do you keep a countertop display from tipping or being taken?
Stability comes from base footprint and thickness relative to height and load, which we set on the drawing and test with your loaded products on the sample. Can countertop displays ship flat or packed per store?
Yes, if the approved structure allows it. Bonded stands ship assembled; tabbed or hardware-assembled versions ship flat with labeled parts and instructions, after an assembly check on the sample. For rollouts we pack by store, with your store list, SKU allocation and carton marks, so cartons go straight to each location.
What do I need to send for a quote?
Send the product dimensions and weight, the counter space available, the quantity per design, the finish and color you want, your logo or artwork file, and the delivery destination. A marked photo or sketch is enough to start; we return a dimensioned drawing for approval. Artwork is supplied by you; we build from it.
