Why we ask

"Recommend for me" asks us to propose a body and confirm its price on the quote. Weight uses cast acrylic at about 1.2 g/cm³. Compare the bodies on sizes and layers or the tile size guide.

Layers

Choose the tile construction. Prices update with your face process.

Why we ask

Layers are cut from 3, 5 or 6 mm cast sheets, so the stack has to add up to the tile height; cores are 3 mm or thicker, never 0.5 mm. Every stack is reviewed for feasibility and quoted for its exact configuration; additional layers do not inherit a 4-layer price.

Sheet colour per layer

A stock code per layer means no colour lead time; a Pantone target is a made-to-order sheet with pricing confirmed for the selected configuration.

Why we ask

Tap the chip to open the board of 199 in-stock sheet codes from two suppliers, photographed as real chips, and pick one. Not on the board? Type a Pantone number under the board for a live preview (907 solid numbers, screen approximation) of a sheet made to order: about 15 days for the sheet plus about 10 extra days on the sample, price confirmed for the selected configuration. Use the colour picker or a hex value for any other reference, or choose Closest to this photo and attach the photo in the form. Fluorescent sheets are for cores and backs, not engraved faces. Every screen colour is an approximation; the physical sample is the colour standard. Full board: colours.

Face process

Artwork status

We quote now and build the sample once every face passes the five file checks. No templates, no redraw service.

The five file checks
  1. True vector .ai or vector PDF; a placed PNG or JPG is still raster and cannot drive engraved linework.
  2. Outlined text and strokes Every font converted to outlines, every stroke expanded before export.
  3. One artboard per unique face Named by tile; repeated tiles reuse the same artwork. The number of files depends on your tile manifest.
  4. Embedded images Links panel empty; every image used in UV-print areas embedded.
  5. Named colours Pantone or hex labels for print colours; sheet colours by stock code or Pantone target, approved on sample.

Destination and shipping terms

Transit estimates start after dispatch and exclude production. The route, customs and final delivery affect timing; we confirm the service and named place in your quote. FOB and CIF apply to sea shipments.

Sample-first calendar: about 15–17 days for the sample, about 20–30 days for production at the listed quantity tiers after approval, plus transit. Full timeline: process and lead time.

Can I request a quote before the artwork is ready?

Yes. Choose “Artwork in progress” and share the specifications you know. Finished custom artwork and an approved proof are needed before sampling.

What does the estimate include?

The subtotal covers only the priced accessories and packaging you select, on an FOB Shenzhen basis. Tile sets and other quote-required items are excluded. Sample fees are separate. Your written quote confirms the complete configuration and delivery cost.

What if I need several set designs or additional samples?

Use this form for one complete-set design. Describe additional set designs or sample copies in the notes; we confirm their quantities and fees separately. Each production design starts at 50 complete sets.

Can you review an NDA before I share files?

Yes. Email the proposed NDA to mahjong@wetopacrylic.com for review before sharing confidential files. Reasonable terms can be agreed; your project files are used only for your project.
