Choose a complete American mahjong set
These offered configurations start with 152 playing tiles. The larger sets include blank replacements in the same complete set. Confirm final contents and price on your quote; other face combinations need review.

Buying for another mahjong playing format?
Tell us the rules your customers play and provide the complete face list. A tile count alone does not define a playing set.
Chinese mahjong
A common 144-tile composition includes 136 core tiles plus eight flowers and seasons. Confirm the required faces and accessories for your players.
Riichi mahjong
A 136-tile composition needs its red-five choices specified. Point sticks and other accessories are reviewed separately.

What changes the cost of your set?
Start with the tiles, add your chosen accessories, then confirm freight for the destination. Tile count, contents and construction must match the configuration on your quote.

Plan the packed set before printing the box
Start with the actual contents
List every component, its packed dimensions and the quantity per set. A bag that holds a rack is not automatically a whole-set bag.
Choose the packaging route
Standard export packaging is included with tiles. Printed cartons and magnetic gift boxes start at 1,000 pcs per design; inserts and special protection need confirmation.
Check the loaded sample
Confirm that the box closes, the pieces do not rub, and the buyer can remove each component. A printed gift box still needs suitable export protection.

What determines the price of a custom American mahjong set?
The quote covers your exact tile count and contents, body, layers, face process, quantity and selected accessories. Published prices apply to listed configurations. An unlisted configuration needs a project quote; choosing a different tile count does not automatically retain the same price. Samples and freight are separate.
How should I use the reference budgets on this page?
They combine listed price-book lines at 100 sets to show the effect of adding racks and a mat. The two-layer engraved tile reference is USD 67; the 20-inch four-player rack-and-pusher reference adds USD 38.00, and the standard mat adds USD 7.30. These are planning examples, not a price for every 152-, 160- or 166-tile configuration. Confirm your complete specification in the written quote.
Should I order a 152-, 160- or 166-tile American mahjong set?
Our reference configurations contain 152 playing tiles, with 8 additional blank replacements in the 160-tile set or 14 in the 166-tile set. Every option is supplied as a complete set. Confirm the final face-by-face contents before sampling; other compositions require review and quotation.
Do you include the NMJL card?
No. Buyers obtain the annual National Mah Jongg League hands-and-rules card separately. We can quote a holder or print your own instructions and reference cards at their own minimums; these do not replace the official league card.
Are racks, a mat and a case included with the tiles?
Stock dice and standard shrink-wrap export packaging are included with the tile order. Racks, pushers, mats, cases, bags, cards and printed retail boxes are separate choices. A four-player rack-and-pusher set contains four racks and four pushers. List the quantity of each component you want in the quote.
Can I use standard faces instead of supplying my own artwork?
Yes. Choose standard classic faces or supply your complete custom face artwork. Confirm body, layers, colors and the set contents in either case. We manufacture from finished files and do not provide design, tracing or vectorization services.
Can I get a complete sample before production?
One complete custom tile sample set is USD 500, including courier. Making takes about 15–17 days once the required sample inputs are approved; transit is additional. Separate sample references are USD 200 for four racks and four pushers, USD 50 for one mat, and USD 200 for one box or bag design, each including courier. Acrylic case samples and extra copies are quoted separately. Fees are paid separately and never credited; confirm the combined scope and schedule before paying.
Can the selected components ship together?
Request a coordinated shipment in your brief. We confirm component quantities, production timing, carton layout and freight together. Each item keeps its own minimum; 50 tile sets do not qualify for every accessory. Approve acrylic, textile and printed colors on their actual samples because different materials can look different.
