WHEN YOUR SAMPLE ARRIVES
Put your approved proof and tile list beside the sample. Work through these checks and keep a record of anything you want reviewed.
Your personal review record. Marking these checks or downloading the worksheet does not approve production or send anything to Wetop. Share your review and decision with our team separately.
Lay out the full set against the approved tile list. Check suit faces, winds, Jokers, flowers and blanks for your format.
Record any missing, repeated or incorrect face with its position on the tile list.
Compare length, width, thickness and the layer order with the approved specification. Look along the layer joins.
Photograph the measurement and identify the tile if anything differs.
Check the acrylic body and printed or filled artwork separately, under consistent neutral lighting.
Use the physical sample as the reference. Screen colors and photos can appear different.
Turn tiles in the light. Inspect the selected face finish, polished edges and corners; handle them as you would in play.
Take a close-up and an overall view of any visible concern.
If racks, pushers or a case are in the sample scope, try them with the tiles. Check loading, support, movement and clearance.
If you use your own accessories, send their dimensions and any fit concern before approval.
Keep the sample, approved proof and specification together. Collect the changes into one numbered list.
Identify the proof revision and attach photos before confirming approval or requesting changes.
Keep this worksheet with the proof revision and any photos. Production approval is a separate written confirmation.

AFTER YOUR REVIEW
Confirm approval in writing, naming the sample and proof revision. Keep the set and specification. We confirm the production order, deposit and schedule.
Send one numbered change list with photos. We review a specification concern separately from a new design request and confirm the next work, cost and timing.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT
Scope, fees, files and the decisions that come after delivery.
Discuss my sample →One complete custom tile set at the approved count, dimensions, layer construction, artwork and selected face process, with standard export packaging and courier. Racks, a mat and custom packaging samples are separate lines. Confirm the exact contents on the sample confirmation before paying.
The published tile sample fee covers one set. Each accessory fee also covers the single sample scope shown above. Additional copies, different colorways or different designs need a separate written quote; neither the same total fee nor a volume discount is implied.
No. Sample fees are paid separately and never credited to production. The fee covers part of the one-off material, setup, finishing and inspection needed for the agreed sample.
Start by telling us what you need to evaluate and which specifications are still undecided. We can discuss the quote before your artwork is complete. A custom-face sample starts once the required files and proof are approved; standard classic faces do not need buyer-supplied face artwork. We do not provide design, redraw or vectorization services.
The published tile sample option is one complete custom set. We do not supply single-tile, 12-tile or loose-tile sample packs, and we do not share another customer’s artwork or finished custom set. Use the color catalog to shortlist references, then approve the color on your physical sample.
The sample-making estimate starts once payment, the approved proof and required production files and sample inputs are in place. Courier cost is included in the published sample fee; courier transit is additional to making time. Express delivery is generally about 5 days after dispatch, with the actual route and arrival estimate confirmed for your address.
A made-to-order Pantone-matched sheet adds about 15 days for the sheet plus about 10 extra days on the sample. Supplier-reference materials also need availability and suitability checks. Confirm the complete schedule before payment. Final color is approved on the physical sample; a 100% Pantone match is not promised.
We provide finished-sample photos and a short video before courier pickup, followed by tracking. Tell us which details matter to you so they can be included in the review. Photographs help you check visible details; the physical sample remains the reference for color, finish, handling and fit.
Send the proof revision, the affected tile or accessory and clear photos. We review a possible specification failure separately from a new design request, then confirm the correction or revision, any additional fee and the timing before work continues. Changes to artwork, color, dimensions or fit may need a revised proof or another sample. Production waits for physical-sample approval.
A packaging sample and a production order have different scopes. Printed-box production starts at 1,000 pieces per design. Confirm the intended production quantity and packaging plan before commissioning a packaging sample; the sample fee does not change that minimum.
Confirm approval in writing against the sample, proof revision and agreed specification. We confirm the production order and schedule; the standard payment terms are a 30% deposit before production and 70% before shipment. Production is inspected against the approved sample, with QC photos before shipment. Keep your sample for comparison.
Keep the sample and its approved specification. For a repeat order we review the retained reference, any artwork or dimension changes and current material availability before deciding whether a new proof or sample is needed. A repeat order does not automatically skip that review.
Tell us your planned production quantity and the details you want to check. We confirm the sample scope and fees before payment.
