Mahjong @ Wetop · Manufacturing to your brief

Mahjong packaging for the order you actually plan

Standard shrink-wrap export packaging is included with your tile sets. Custom printed folding cartons and magnetic gift boxes start at 1,000 pcs per design, with the structure, print and loaded fit confirmed before production.

What the included export pack means

Standard shrink-wrap export packaging is included in the tile price. It is the transport-packing route for the approved goods, not a promise of a branded retail gift box or a particular insert material.

Confirm the contents

Specify whether the shipment contains tiles only or separate accessory lines. Do not assume a mat, case or bag is included in the tile price.

Confirm the packing layout

Record protection between components, inner packing, carton dimensions, gross weight and units per carton for the actual order.

Confirm the destination

Provide country and postal code, delivery conditions and any warehouse requirements so freight and packing can be reviewed together.

Carton quantity and internal protection depend on the product’s dimensions and weight. We do not promise one fixed silicone insert, a universal tolerance or the same number of sets per carton for every project.

Match your first run to the packaging minimum

Custom printed boxes start at 1,000 pcs per design.

A 50- or 100-set tile launch can use the standard export-pack route. It does not qualify for a 50- or 100-piece custom printed box run, even with an extra fee.

If you want to order 1,000 boxes alongside a smaller tile run, state that quantity explicitly. The quote must cover the extra boxes and confirm whether they ship together, their packed volume and any storage arrangement. We do not assume free storage of the remainder.

Branding can still be planned on the tiles and on other qualifying accessory lines. Each component keeps its own minimum; see the complete-set purchasing guide for a quantity-by-quantity example.

Folding carton or rigid gift box?

A folding carton uses a lighter paperboard structure and a tuck or glued closure. A rigid gift box uses thicker wrapped board and a more substantial opening experience. Neither automatically includes a fitted insert or transport certification.

These are standard-size reference estimates, not final prices for any dimensions or finish. A heavy acrylic set needs a structure selected around its loaded weight. Confirm the final specification and itemized quote.

Build the package around its contents

Choose the structure before the artwork

Three packaging structures to specifyA folding carton uses flaps, a rigid box uses fixed walls and a hinged lid, and an insert locates individual components inside the chosen box.Folding cartonRigid hinged boxFitted insertFolded board + flapsFixed walls + hinged lidCavities matched to the load

Folding carton

A printed outer box with a separately specified internal support. Confirm board grade, loaded weight and assembly before approving the dieline.

Rigid magnetic box

A presentation box with a hinged cover. Allow space for the actual tiles and accessories, the hinge movement and easy removal.

Fitted insert

Discuss a board partition, foam insert or formed tray. Material, cavities and fit are project-specific and are not automatically included.

Send the packed contents, tile dimensions and intended shipping method. Confirm the loaded sample before bulk printing; a retail box does not replace the export shipping carton.

Structure first, finished artwork second

  1. List the contents and quantities. Include tile bodies, accessory dimensions and whether components share one box.
  2. Confirm the box and insert. Agree dimensions, paperboard, closure and layout before placing print artwork.
  3. Use the confirmed dieline. Supply finished artwork with the requested color references, bleed and text. Keep important content clear of folds and seams.
  4. Approve a physical sample. Check loading, removal, closure, print placement and visible finish before the production run.

We manufacture from your supplied artwork; we do not create your brand design. Changes to the structure after artwork approval can require a new dieline, proof and sample. Confirm the packaging sample scope and fee separately from the USD 500 tile sample.

Check the loaded pack, not only the print

The sample should close without compressing the contents, hold components in their intended positions and allow them to be removed without force. Check exposed acrylic against dividers and lining, the closing flap, the hinge area and the outside dimensions of the finished pack.

If you require transit testing, agree the method, loaded configuration and acceptance criteria before ordering. ISTA 3A is a parcel-delivery test procedure; mentioning its name is not evidence that every Wetop order has passed it. A test report, where agreed, must identify the configuration actually tested. See ISTA’s procedure overview.

Warehouse labels, marketplace requirements and distribution-specific tests need their own review. Share them at the quote stage so they can be included in the scope and schedule.

Questions buyers ask

What packaging comes with a 50-set tile order?

The tile price includes standard shrink-wrap export packaging and stock dice. A printed retail box, acrylic case, bag, rack set and mat are separate items. Confirm the shipment’s packing layout in the order.

Can I pay extra for 100 printed boxes?

The current custom printed-box minimum is 1,000 pcs per design. A smaller tile order does not reduce this minimum, and there is no paid small-run exception in the published policy.

Are the USD 0.50 and USD 1.35 prices final?

No. They are reference estimates for a standard-size printed folding box and magnetic rigid gift box, respectively, at a minimum of 1,000 pcs per design. Size, structure, artwork and any insert must be confirmed in the quote.

Is a fitted insert automatically included?

Do not assume it. Define the contents and loading plan, then confirm the insert’s material, layout and price. The sample should be checked with the actual components inside.

Does every order come with an ISTA 3A report?

No universal test-report commitment is made here. If you require a particular transit test, agree the procedure, loaded configuration, acceptance criteria and report with the quote.

Who supplies the box design?

You supply finished artwork. After the structure is confirmed, use the correct dieline for placement and approve the proof and physical sample. We do not offer a brand-design service.

Can you sign an NDA for my project?

We can review and sign a reasonable NDA. We do not disclose or reuse your artwork. An agreement should distinguish your confidential design from common manufacturing methods; ordinary industry processes cannot become exclusive to one buyer. Send proposed terms for review before sharing restricted files.
