Mahjong @ Wetop · Manufacturing to your brief

Mahjong racks and pushers that fit your tile set

Custom acrylic mahjong racks and magnetic pushers start at 50 complete sets per design. Choose from the published 20, 18 and 14-inch options, then confirm usable ledge dimensions against your actual tiles before production.

Choose the rack around your tiles

A rack’s advertised overall length is not its usable tile ledge. End stops, connections and the profile take up space. Give us your tile width, thickness and the row you want to accommodate; we confirm the usable length on the drawing.

A 14-tile fit example

14 × 23 mm = 322 mm of tiles.
14 × 25 mm = 350 mm of tiles.

These are tile-row lengths, before handling space and end structures. They do not prove that a nominal 14-inch rack will fit. Fourteen tiles is an example for checking dimensions, not a rule for every game state.

Also check ledge depth, back support and the exposed-tile area. A tile can fit along the rack yet sit badly across its depth.

Three priced lengths, one clear unit

Rack lengths drawn to the same scale20, 18 and 14 inch overall lengths are shown in exact proportion. End stops and clearance reduce the usable tile ledge.20 in18 in14 inOverall length is not usable tile space.
Maximum display count = floor((usable ledge − total handling clearance) ÷ tile width). Use the ledge between the end stops, not the overall rack length; approve the loaded sample.

One complete set means four racks and four magnetic pushers, enough for one table. The published mahjong rack minimum is 50 sets per design: 200 racks plus 200 pushers. Changing length does not remove that minimum.

20-inch set

The longest of the three published options. Check its footprint against your mat and its packed length against your bag.

18-inch set

A shorter option when storage or table space matters. Confirm the same tile-fit checks before selecting it.

14-inch set

A compact option requiring particular care with larger tiles. Confirm usable ledge length, tile support and your intended layout.

For a shaped profile, a different connection, rack-only or pusher-only supply, describe the requirement in your brief. We confirm feasibility, the counting unit and price separately; the magnetic combo price is not a quote for every custom construction.

Send these details with your rack brief

Fit and quantity

Tile height × width × thickness; intended row length; rack length; number of complete sets. Include your existing rack drawing if compatibility matters.

Color and branding

Choose a stock sheet code or send a color target. Name each color in the four-player set. Supply finished artwork and its intended position.

Packing and use

Tell us whether the set must fit an existing case or bag. Confirm the loaded dimensions, exposed-tile needs and whether pushers detach for packing.

Colors can coordinate with your tile layers, but a thin translucent rack and a thick tile stack may look different under the same light. Approve them together using the physical color route; an exact visual match is not guaranteed.

Fit before finish

Check the rack and pusher as two working parts

Usable tile length

Use the clear space between end stops, not only the outside rack length. Multiply your tile width by the number you want to display, then allow clearance.

Example: 14 tiles × 30 mm = 420 mm before clearance. A 14 in rack is only 355.6 mm overall, so it cannot hold that row.

Separate pusher

The rack supports your hand. A detachable pusher moves the wall. Confirm attachment position, magnet alignment and clearance on the agreed structure.

Approve the loaded sample

Check stability, tile visibility, finger clearance, magnetic retention and the fit inside the bag or case. A short empty rack is not proof that full-size tiles fit.

Approve the working pair before the production run

  1. Seat your actual tiles. Check the usable row length and ledge depth, including the largest tile in the order.
  2. Use the pusher. Check the connection, alignment and movement with the intended wall. Inspect contact edges for roughness.
  3. Pack all four pairs. Confirm the bag opening, internal length and protection between acrylic pieces.
  4. Record the approved spec. Keep dimensions, colors, artwork position and accepted sample together with the production order.

The sample makes these choices inspectable. A promotional image cannot establish a dimension or prove the strength of a connection.

Before you request a quote

Questions buyers ask

Why are custom acrylic mahjong racks priced per set?

The quoted unit contains four racks and four pushers, with fabrication, polished edges and magnetic connections. Compare the complete eight-piece scope, material, finish and freight terms when comparing prices. A single retail rack price is a different unit.

Will a 14-inch rack fit my larger tiles?

Not automatically. Fourteen tiles that are 25 mm wide need 350 mm before clearance, while 14 inches is 355.6 mm overall. End structures and connection details reduce usable space. Send the tile dimensions so we can confirm a workable drawing before you select this length.

Can I order one set for home use?

Our custom production minimum is 50 complete sets per design. One paid development sample is available for a production project at USD 200 for four racks and four pushers, courier included; it is not a retail stock program.

Can racks and tiles share a color?

Yes, we can plan them together using stock sheet codes or a custom color target. Approve the physical materials together because thickness and transparency affect appearance. We do not promise a 100% visual match.

Does ordering tiles include racks?

No. Racks and pushers are a separate line item with their own quantity and minimum. State the number of complete four-player sets you need, even when they ship with tiles.

Can you sign an NDA for my project?

We can review and sign a reasonable NDA. We do not disclose or reuse your artwork. An agreement should distinguish your confidential design from common manufacturing methods; ordinary industry processes cannot become exclusive to one buyer. Send proposed terms for review before sharing restricted files.
