Help players get started

A short instruction leaflet can explain setup, the contents of your set and care. Add a printed insert when the package needs a welcome message or a quick reference.

Before you choose

Accessory questions, answered

Have a particular combination in mind? Send the list, even if you are still deciding on the finish.

Can I order accessories without a new tile order?

Yes, send an accessory brief with the item, dimensions, artwork, quantity and destination. Each accessory has its own minimum. Include your existing tile or rack measurements so we can check fit; a complete tile configuration is not needed to start the conversation.

Does a 50-set tile order qualify for every accessory?

Each accessory has its own production minimum per design. Mahjong racks start at 50 sets, mats and acrylic cases at 50 pcs, shuffler cards at 200 sets, rule cards at 500 sets and drawstring bags at 500 pcs. Printed instruction inserts start at 1,000 pcs. Confirm the quantity and packing plan for each line before ordering.

Are play cards the same as shuffler cards?

They serve different jobs. Shuffler cards are tools for mixing tiles. Custom play-reference or rule cards carry your own instructions. The annual National Mah Jongg League hands-and-rules card is a separate item obtained by the buyer; it is not included or reproduced by Wetop.

Can the printed cards be waterproof?

Tell us whether you need a tile-mixing tool or a printed reference card. The published shuffler specification is PP, 0.55 mm. Plastic or laminated reference-card options need a confirmed material, edge finish and print specification; water resistance and durability are checked on the agreed sample rather than assumed from the name.

Will the colors match across racks, fabric and printed cards?

We coordinate the color targets, but acrylic, fabric and printed paper reflect light differently. Approve each material together under your normal lighting. Your approved samples define the finish and color for the order.

What does the bag estimate cover?

The published USD 2.23 estimate at 500 pcs is a drawstring-bag reference, subject to size and printing confirmation. It is not a universal price for zippered pouches, padded bags or totes. Acrylic cases are quoted to their drawings.

Can I review accessory samples before production?

Yes. Published fees cover one four-player sample set (four racks and four pushers) (USD 200), one mat (USD 50), or one box/bag sample of one design (USD 200). Courier is included; fees are separate and not credited to production. Extra copies, acrylic case samples and card sampling arrangements are quoted separately.

Can everything be packed and shipped together?

We can plan a coordinated shipment. Confirm which accessories go inside each set, any surplus quantities, carton protection and the delivery route. Materials and production schedules need to align before the combined packing and shipment plan is agreed.
