One coherent collection

Your artwork, across the whole set

Every order is made to your agreed specifications. Plan the suits, winds, dragons, flowers, jokers and backs as one collection.

  1. Draw each unique face once

One outlined vector artboard per unique design. Repeated tiles use the same artboard.

  2. Pair artwork with quantities

List the copies of each face and the blank replacements. A 152-tile set does not need 152 separate drawings.

  3. Approve placement, then the sample

The proof confirms the layout. Your physical sample confirms color, finish and handling.

No custom files yet? Ask about standard classic faces. We manufacture from finished files; your designer prepares the artwork.

Before you send the brief

Questions about your tile order

From artwork files to accessory fit, these are the decisions to settle before sample approval.

Start your tile quote ↗
Do I need a separate drawing for every tile?

No. Supply one outlined vector artboard per unique face, plus a list stating how many copies of each face belong in the set. Repeated tiles reuse the artboard. Blank replacement tiles have no face artwork. The final approved tile inventory controls production.

Can I request a quote before my artwork is finished?

Yes. Send the tile count, dimensions, layers, face process, planned quantity and destination, and describe the artwork status. We can identify open decisions in the quote. Sample making starts after payment, production-ready files and proof approval.

Are these fully custom sets? What if I have no face artwork?

Every order is made to the agreed set specification. You can supply your own complete face artwork and back design. If you do not have custom face files, ask about our standard classic faces while choosing your tile body and colors. We manufacture from finished files; we do not provide artwork design, tracing or editable templates.

What is the difference between 152, 160 and 166 tiles?

The American starting inventory has 152 playing tiles: 108 suit tiles, 16 winds, 12 dragons, 8 flowers and 8 jokers. The standard options in our configurator add 8 blank replacement tiles for 160, or 14 blanks for 166. A different distribution of spare jokers, flowers or blanks must be written into the approved tile inventory.

Does choosing more tiles or a different color increase the price?

Tile count, body, layers and face process define the configuration being quoted. Published prices cover the listed configurations at 50–300 sets; they do not establish a single price for all formats. Stock color families carry no tile surcharge. Custom sheet colors add preparation time. Non-standard bodies, other counts and quantities above 300 sets are quoted per project.

How do printed and engraved faces differ?

UV print places color on the face beneath a surface coating. The engraved routes put color into an engraved recess, using UV color or paint fill. Choose the appearance and feel on a physical sample; gloss alone does not identify the method and no guaranteed service life is stated.

Will the tiles fit my existing racks and case?

Send the finished tile dimensions and the usable dimensions of your rack ledge and case compartments. Tile thickness affects a loaded rack and the packed set. Check your actual accessories with the physical sample before approving production.

Are the face colors and acrylic layer colors the same choice?

They are separate. Sheet codes or custom color targets define the acrylic body, core and back. Printed or filled face colors come from your artwork and approved proof. Approve both on the physical sample; screen colors are not the final reference.

What is included in the tile price?

The complete tile set, stock dice and standard shrink-wrap export packaging are included. Racks, pushers, mats, bags, cases, custom packaging, samples and freight are separate. UV print + surface coating is USD 53–60 per set; either engraved process is USD 65–73, depending on layers, FOB Shenzhen for 50–300 sets.

What does the sample fee cover?

USD 500 includes one complete custom tile sample set and courier. It is paid separately and never credited to production. Making normally takes about 15–17 days after payment, ready files and proof approval; transit is additional. Accessories and extra sample copies are quoted separately.

Can I order blank acrylic tiles?

Yes, as complete sets in 136, 144, 152, 160 or 166 tiles, from 50 sets per design. We do not sell loose blanks or partial sets. Confirm the body, layer construction, colors and unmarked faces in your brief.

What is the minimum, and can I mix several designs?

The minimum is 50 complete sets per tile-set design. Distinct artwork collections or colorways are separate production designs and do not share the minimum. The different suits, winds, flowers and jokers within one playing set are its individual faces, not separate 50-set orders.
