Buying blank American mahjong tiles
Can I use the same blank body for several artwork collections?
Yes. An all-blank order can use the same agreed size, construction and colors while you apply different artwork after delivery. Separate body sizes or colorways need their own production specification and minimum.
What should I send for a repeat order?
Send the approved body reference or previous specification, quantity and destination. State any changes to dimensions, colors or packing. We confirm current material availability, price and schedule before repeating the run.
What information helps you supply blanks for my printing setup?
Send finished tile dimensions, any flat-face or jig requirements, intended decoration method and packing needs. Check sample bodies with your own inks, coatings or engraving settings so your workshop can finalize its process.
Are all the tiles blank, or just the spare tiles?
Every tile in this order is unprinted and unengraved. The 160-tile reference means 160 blank acrylic bodies per complete set, ready for your own finishing project. It is not a marked American mahjong playing set with a few extra blanks.
Can I buy a few loose blank tiles?
We supply complete blank sets from 50 sets per design, not loose replacement pieces. At the 160-tile reference count, 50 sets contain 8,000 pieces. A different tile count is confirmed with your complete-set quote.
What does the USD 0.30 per-piece reference cover?
It is an indicative tile price for the 2-layer reference configuration ordered as 50 complete sets of 160 blank tiles. It is not a fixed price for every dimension, color, layer construction or order size. Confirm the complete specification, packing, sample charges and freight in the quote before ordering.
Can you change the dimensions, colors or number of layers?
Yes. Specify the finished height, width and thickness, the layer construction and a color for each layer. The 2-layer price example is a reference, not a limit on our construction options. Other specifications, including five or more layers, need a separate quote and sample approval.
Do I need to upload face artwork for a blank order?
No face artwork is required when all faces and backs are to remain unmarked. Send the body dimensions, layers, colors, number of tiles per set, number of complete sets and delivery destination. State that you want blank polished tiles in the request.
Can I print or engrave the blanks myself?
Tell us how you plan to finish the tiles so we can confirm the proposed body and surface. Test your equipment, ink or engraving process on the agreed physical sample before approving production. Confirm the sample scope and fee with your quote.
