What a hotel acrylic brief needs
A hotel program quote is exact when it has the drawing for each item, the brand files, the room and property lists and where each carton goes. We turn that into one paid sample per design, then produce and pack by property. Room-sign details are on our custom acrylic signs page.

- Size, thickness, finish and mounting for each design. A sketch with key dimensions can start the quote.
- Brand files
- Vector logo, Pantone references and finish notes from your brand standards. We produce from your artwork and do not redesign it.
- Variable text
- Room numbers, floor names or property names as a spreadsheet. Changing only the text keeps it one design.
- Accessible signs
- Tactile and Braille artwork approved by your accessibility specialist; see wall sign holders for standoff sign systems.
- Cleaning
- Housekeeping wipes acrylic with a soft cloth and mild detergent, then dries it. Alcohol, ammonia and abrasive cleaners are avoided.
- Delivery

What acrylic items do hotels order from you?

Each is built to the buyer's drawing and brand files, from 100 pieces per design.
Can one order cover several hotel properties?
Yes. One approved design can run for several properties, with room numbers or property names changed as variable text, and the 100-piece minimum counts the whole design. Cartons are packed and labeled per property from the list you send, and can ship FOB Shenzhen, CIF or DDP to each address.
Can the QR or Wi-Fi card be changed without replacing the frame?
Yes. Magnetic acrylic frames open at the magnets so housekeeping can swap the printed card, and table stands can carry a recessed slot for a replaceable code insert while the brand layer is printed permanently. When the code is printed on the acrylic itself, as on a logo block, a new code needs a new piece.
Can you match our hotel brand standards?
Yes, from your files. Send the logo as vector artwork, Pantone references and finish notes from your brand standards; we match colors on the paid sample and you approve it before production. We do not design or redraw logos or signage, so the artwork and sign schedule come from your team or your design firm.
Do you work with hotel design firms and procurement companies?
Yes. Design firms and purchasing agents send us drawings and quantities per property; we quote, sample and produce to them. For resellers we can ship blind to the hotel: plain outer cartons, no Wetop invoice in the box, your packing list and labels, and DDP delivery, fixed in the packing spec on the quote.
What is the minimum order and lead time for a hotel program?
Production starts at 100 pieces per design. A paid sample takes 3–5 days and costs USD 200–500 depending on the item, paid separately and never credited to the order. Production takes 15–20 days after the sample is approved, plus transit to each property.
