Yes. Double-sided acrylic frames are one of our most popular products. We offer diamond polishing for crystal-clear edges, flame polishing, frosted finishes for a matte look, silk-screen printing, UV full-color printing, laser engraving, and hot stamping for metallic accents. Most frames combine multiple finishes — for example, diamond-polished edges with a UV-printed logo.

Pricing depends on five factors: frame size, acrylic thickness, quantity, finishing complexity, and hardware type. Yes. Our CNC laser cutters handle any shape you provide in your artwork file. Circle, hexagon, star, company logo outline — whatever you send, we'll cut it with diamond-polished edges. Everything is made to order — we're a custom manufacturer, not a warehouse, so we don't hold finished frames on a shelf. That's what lets us match your exact size, thickness, and branding instead of forcing you into catalog dimensions. Typical timeline is a sample in 3–5 days and bulk production in 15–20 days after you approve it. If you're on a deadline, tell us the in-hand date up front: for simpler clear or single-panel frames we can often compress the run, and air freight (vs. sea) shaves the shipping leg from weeks to days. Our standard minimum is 50 pieces per design, which is already low for custom acrylic. Below that, a paid sample or small pre-production trial (typically 1–5 pieces) is the right path to validate the frame before you commit to a full run — the sample cost is credited toward your first bulk order. A true sub-50 production batch is possible on a case-by-case basis but carries a higher per-unit cost, because tooling, setup, and polishing are the same whether we run 20 or 200. Yes, where the design allows it. Many frame formats — standoff wall mounts, magnetic two-panel frames, and screw-post double-sided frames — ship as flat panels plus hardware, which packs denser and lowers freight cost per unit versus pre-assembled units. Assembly is straightforward (align panels, insert magnets or standoffs, tighten), and we include instructions. Some formats, like fully bonded floating frames, are assembled at the factory because the bond has to be executed under controlled conditions. Landed cost = unit price + freight + duty + any brokerage/last-mile fees. We quote FOB Shenzhen by default, and can also quote CIF (adds sea/air freight to your port) or DDP (we handle door-to-door including duties) so you see a fuller number. Acrylic photo/picture frames typically classify under HS heading 3924 or 3926 (articles of plastic); some framed or mounted formats may fall under 9403 — the correct code depends on the exact product and destination, so always confirm the final classification and duty rate with your customs broker before you budget. As a general shape: 50 pieces is the highest per-unit tier (setup-heavy), 200 typically brings a meaningful drop, 500 lands in the sweet spot most bulk buyers order at, and 1,000+ earns the best per-unit rate. The exact break depends on size, material, finishing, and hardware, so we don't publish fixed price ladders — but send one spec at your candidate quantities and we'll return a tiered quote so you can see where the volume savings kick in for your frame.

Yes. Frames aren't limited to flat photos. Two-panel and floating formats hold artwork, prints, pressed flowers, embroidered or fabric pieces, and thin documents. For slightly dimensional objects — a coin, medal, or patch — we can build a deeper cavity or a recessed pocket so the object sits securely in view. Yes. Once we've produced a frame for you, we keep the production specs and tooling on file — size, thickness, material, finishing, hardware, and packaging. For a repeat order you just tell us the design and quantity; there's no need to re-send artwork or re-approve a sample if nothing changed, which makes reorders faster than a first run. If you want to tweak the size, color, or branding on a re-run, send just the changes and we'll update the spec and confirm before production.
