Everything is made to order — we're a custom manufacturer, not a warehouse, so we don't hold finished frames on a shelf. That's what lets us match your exact size, thickness, and branding instead of forcing you into catalog dimensions. Typical timeline is a sample in 3–5 days and bulk production in 15–20 days after you approve it. Our standard production minimum is 100 pieces per design. Below that, a paid sample or small pre-production trial (typically 1–5 pieces) is the right path to validate the frame before you commit to production. Yes, where the design allows it. Many frame formats — standoff wall mounts, magnetic two-panel frames, and screw-post double-sided frames — ship as flat panels plus hardware, which packs denser and lowers freight cost per unit versus pre-assembled units. Assembly is straightforward (align panels, insert magnets or standoffs, tighten), and we include instructions. Some formats, like fully bonded floating frames, are assembled at the factory because the bond has to be executed under controlled conditions. Landed cost = unit price + freight + duty + any brokerage/last-mile fees. We quote FOB Shenzhen by default, and can also quote CIF (adds sea/air freight to your port) or DDP (we handle door-to-door including duties) so you see a fuller number. Yes. Frames aren't limited to flat photos. Two-panel and floating formats hold artwork, prints, pressed flowers, embroidered or fabric pieces, and thin documents. For slightly dimensional objects — a coin, medal, or patch — we can build a deeper cavity or a recessed pocket so the object sits securely in view. Yes. Once we've produced a frame for you, we keep the production specs and tooling on file — size, thickness, material, finishing, hardware, and packaging. For a repeat order you just tell us the design and quantity; there's no need to re-send artwork or re-approve a sample if nothing changed, which makes reorders faster than a first run. If you want to tweak the size, color, or branding on a re-run, send just the changes and we'll update the spec and confirm before production.

Yes. Many of our hotel, corporate, and enterprise buyers run internal procurement workflows, and we fit into them: we issue a formal quote and proforma invoice against your purchase order, with the line items and documentation your finance team needs for approval. Production is scheduled once the agreed payment gate clears — our standard terms are a 30% deposit before production with the balance before shipment — and we confirm the exact sequence with you before anything is cut. Usually yes, and the earlier you tell us, the cleaner it is. Whether a hold is simple depends on where the item sits in production: before material is cut and artwork goes to the line, pausing one design is straightforward and we hold its slot. Once cutting, printing, or engraving has started, material and setup are already committed, so we'll tell you exactly what's been spent and what a stop means for cost and timeline. Either way, we confirm the affected item, the restart deadline, and any cost impact in writing before pausing or resuming — nothing changes on the line without your written approval.

Report it to us before discarding anything. Send photos of the carton (including the shipping labels), the internal packing, and the affected pieces, plus the count or SKU discrepancy against the packing list and the tracking number. That's everything we need to open a carrier claim and trace what happened on our end. We then confirm the fix with you directly — replacement pieces, a re-ship, or a credit — based on what the photos show. Acrylic itself rarely breaks in transit because it's shatter-resistant, but cartons do get mishandled, so documenting the box condition on arrival is the single most useful thing you can do.

The engraving setup applies once to the logo portion, plain units skip that step, and we quote the two sub-quantities separately so you see the exact difference.
