Wetop manufactures custom acrylic game sets for brands: printed game boards, tokens and pieces, backgammon, acrylic chess sets, dominoes, tic-tac-toe and puzzles. Every board and piece is cut from cast acrylic (PMMA, also sold as plexiglass or Lucite) to your artwork, then printed or engraved.
Listed by what game brands ask us for most. Every set is made to your artwork, piece list and colors.

Your board design UV-printed on acrylic, or a printed insert held between two clear panels on corner pins so it can be swapped. Round or square, sized to your game.

Tokens, counters and markers cut to your outlines, printed or engraved, for example 20 × 30 × 2 mm rounded tokens. Planning detail is in our custom board game pieces guide.

Thick acrylic trays, usually 6 mm or more, with printed or inlaid points and frosted, smoked or colored checkers. Built as a tray or a folding case.

Engraved, printed or alternating clear and frosted boards, with pieces cut in your outlines as single profiles or stacked layers.

Double-six (28 pieces) or double-nine (55 pieces) sets with engraved, color-filled or UV-printed pips, in a fitted acrylic box.

Coffee-table and gift-size boards with an engraved grid and thick colored X and O pieces in your brand colors.

Printed acrylic jigsaw and magnetic wall puzzles cut from your artwork, with polished, glossy cut edges.
The board build decides how the artwork is protected, whether it can change, and what the board weighs.

|---|---|---|

| Direct UV print | Artwork UV-printed on the panel surface over a white layer | One permanent board design, lighter sets |
| Thick tray | Printed playing surface in a 6 mm-plus tray, with rims or a lid | Backgammon and games with loose pieces |
Send the board size and artwork; the quote names the build we recommend.

A tic-tac-toe set with an engraved board and ten solid-color pieces sits at the low end. A thick printed backgammon tray with 30 checkers in a fitted acrylic case sits at the high end. Price per set falls as the set count rises, because file setup and color matching are spread over more sets.
Get your price per setA paid sample set costs USD 200–500, is paid separately and is never credited to production. Most game orders carry no tooling or setup fee; if a complex part needs one, it is stated in the written quote.
Delivered project
A game brand launched its acrylic mahjong sets in more than twelve colorways on the same line that cuts and engraves our other game pieces: signed color samples, revision-locked artwork, engraving with UV color fill, a complete count check on every set and fitted packaging trays.
Custom acrylic game sets start at 100 sets per design. A set that uses the same pieces in every box (a board, 32 chess pieces, 28 dominoes) counts as one design. A paid sample set comes first: USD 200–500, built in 3–5 days, paid separately and never credited to the production order. Production then takes 15–20 days after approval.
There are three common builds. Two clear acrylic panels held by four corner pins sandwich a printed insert, so the board design can be swapped. A single panel can be UV-printed directly on the surface for a permanent board. A thick tray, usually 6 mm or more, carries the printed playing surface for games with raised rims such as backgammon. Send the board size and your artwork and we recommend the build in the quote.
Yes. The board is cut with engraved, printed or alternating clear and frosted squares, and the pieces are cut from flat sheet in your outlines, either as single profiles or stacked and bonded layers for height. Pieces are not turned or sculpted; if your design needs fully rounded 3D pieces, tell us in the first message so we can say whether acrylic fits.
Game sets are quoted per design from the board size and thickness, the number of pieces, how the faces are decorated (UV print, engraving, engraving with color fill), the acrylic colors and effects, the box, and the quantity. Unit cost falls as the set count rises because file setup and color matching are spread over more sets. Most orders carry no tooling or setup fee; if one applies it is stated in the written quote. Send your piece list and artwork and we reply within 24 hours.
No. You or your designer supply the board artwork, piece outlines and rules; we manufacture from production-ready vector files and show a digital proof before the paid sample. We can sign a reasonable NDA after reviewing its terms; send the proposed agreement before you share confidential game files.
Yes. Sets can ship in a clear or colored acrylic box with a sliding, lift-off or hinged lid, with fitted slots so each piece has a place. The box is quoted with the set. See our custom acrylic boxes for lid and insert options.
