Acrylic or enamel keychains?
Acrylic keychains are printed from your file in full color, including photos and gradients, on one or both faces. Enamel keychains need a metal mold for each design (public makers list about $30–$280 per design, by size and detail), typically take 25–35 days including the mold, and suit solid-color, metal-look pieces. Most acrylic keychain orders carry no tooling or setup fee; if a complex part needs one, it is stated in the written quote.

What does a custom logo keychain cost?
Keychains are quoted per design. These choices set the unit price; send them and we reply with a per-unit quote within 24 hours.
Unit cost drops 30–40% between 100 and 5,000 pieces. Double-sided print adds 15–20%, epoxy dome 20–30% and UV coating 5–10%. Ball chain is included; a lobster clasp or split ring adds 5–10% and a phone strap loop 10–15%. Moving from 3 mm to 5 mm adds 40–50% material cost, and 50 mm to 100 mm roughly doubles it.

What is the minimum order for custom logo keychains?
100 pieces per design. A design is one outline, size, artwork layout and print method; a different name, number, year or location on each keychain is variable text and still counts as the same design, so 100 keychains with 100 different employee names is one order line. A different logo, shape or color is a separate design with its own 100-piece minimum. A paid sample (USD 200–500, never credited to the order) comes first.
What size keychain works best for a trade-show or event giveaway?
50–60 mm in 3 mm acrylic is the usual giveaway size: large enough for a logo and a short line of text, light enough for a key ring, and economical to ship in bulk. For client gifts or premium event pieces, 80–100 mm or 5 mm acrylic gives more weight and a larger print area. Tell us where the keychains will be handed out and we suggest a size on the quote.
Can you print a QR code on an acrylic keychain?
Yes. A QR code is UV-printed with the logo in the same pass, so it can open your website, a landing page, a menu or a sign-up form. Send it as a vector or high-resolution file with a clear margin around it and keep it large enough for the keychain face; we check that it scans from the paid sample before production.
How much do custom promotional keychains cost?

Do I need epoxy dome coating on my keychains?
Epoxy dome adds a glossy, rounded surface that protects UV-printed artwork from scratches, moisture and fading. It is worth it for keychains carried daily on keys and bags. For event pieces kept in a gift box or a pack, a UV coating gives enough protection at lower cost. Epoxy dome adds 20–30% to the per-unit price.
What file format do you need for logo keychain artwork?
Send your logo as AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF or SVG with the die-cut outline drawn as its own vector path; this is the exact shape the laser follows. High-resolution PNG files (300 dpi minimum, transparent background) work for a photo or full-color image when they come with that vector cut line. The production files are supplied by you or your designer: Wetop does not design, redraw, trace or vectorize artwork. We show the cut path and print position on a digital proof before the paid sample.
How can promotional keychains be packed?
Bulk-packed by quantity for booth bowls and swag bags, bagged individually in OPP, attached to a printed header card with your branding, or set in a gift box for client and employee gifts. Tell us how the keychains will be handed out; the packing and carton count are fixed on the quote and checked on the sample.
Can I order several logo designs or event versions in one batch?
Yes. Several designs can be produced and shipped on one order, which suits multi-brand programs, sponsor sets and event series.
