When to order holiday ornaments
Work back from the date you need the ornaments in hand. For early-December delivery, send artwork by about late September to ship by sea, or by about mid-to-late October to ship by air. The quote confirms the dates for your quantity.

They run and ship together; each design is its own artwork with its own 100-piece minimum, and the quote lists every design separately. A location name or year that changes on the same artwork is variable text, not a new design.

That puts artwork about 10 weeks before the in-hand date for ocean freight, or about 6 weeks before for air. Tell us the date in your first message and the quote confirms the schedule.

Can each ornament carry a different name, year or location?
Yes. Changing only the text from piece to piece — a name, year, date or location — does not create a new design, so the 100-piece minimum applies to all pieces of that design together. Send the text list with your inquiry. A different shape, size, artwork layout, color or print method is a separate design with its own 100-piece minimum.
What artwork files do you need for printed or engraved ornaments?
Send vector artwork (AI, PDF or SVG) with the cut outline drawn as its own path and the hole position marked. High-resolution PNG files at 300 dpi work for the printed image when they come with that vector outline. Artwork is supplied by you or your designer; Wetop does not design or redraw artwork. We show the cut path and print position on a digital proof before the paid sample.
Can the ornaments be packed individually as gifts?
Yes. Each ornament can ship in an OPP bag, a clear acrylic gift box, or custom retail packaging with an insert card, and mixed designs can be packed as sets. Name the packing format in your inquiry because it changes the unit price and the packing time. Acrylic is far less likely than glass to shatter in transit and weighs about half as much, which keeps gift mailers light.
Can the same artwork be made as acrylic magnets?
Yes. The same printed acrylic outline can carry a magnet on the back instead of a ribbon hole, so a holiday ornament and a matching fridge magnet can run from one artwork file. Each format is quoted as its own design with its own 100-piece minimum.
