A collectible display case is a custom-sized acrylic enclosure that protects and showcases model cars and diecast, figurines, Funko Pops, statues, and memorabilia. Cases for diecast and model cars at 1:64, 1:43, 1:24, and 1:18, single covers or multi-car wall grids, with mirror bases for undercarriage visibility. A toy brand launched a figure line in national big-box stores with a three-part diorama case: a 610 × 305 × 305 mm clear acrylic cover, a vacuum-formed riser and a screw-secured base that bolts to the shelf. Overlaying the client's 3D file on the riser tooling exposed a 7 mm cavity gap before the mold was cut.

It depends on whether the figure stays in its box. A boxed standard Pop measures about 6.25 × 4.5 × 3.5 in (159 × 114 × 89 mm), so a single protector or a wall-case slot is built at about 127 × 102 × 178 mm inside (W × D × H). Out of the box, the 3.75 in (95 mm) figure fits a case of about 110 × 110 × 140 mm inside. Box sizes vary by series, so measure one of yours, or send one, before we cut the sample. Yes. A wall case for boxed figures is sized from one box: the shelf pitch is the box height plus clearance, and the case width is a whole number of boxes across, so a 3-row, 4-across case holds twelve boxed Pops with no wasted space. Shops ordering for their own walls, and brands ordering cases to sell, both start at 100 pieces per design; mount type, door style and any engraved logo are confirmed on the paid sample.
Yes. We build multi-tier, multi-compartment, and modular display cases for collections of all sizes. Options include interior shelves, riser inserts, and compartment dividers — all custom-sized to your items. A 3-tier figurine display case and a 12-compartment model car case are both standard builds for us. MOQ is 100 pieces per design. Measure the width, depth, and height of each item at its widest points — including any base, stand, or protruding parts like weapons or wings. Add 10–15mm of clearance on each side for a comfortable fit. If your items vary in size, send us the dimensions of the largest piece and we'll size the case around it. Yes. We manufacture wall-mounted collectible display cases with French cleat brackets, keyhole slots, or flush-mount hardware. Wall-mount cases are available with hinged or magnetic front-opening doors for easy access. All hardware is included, and we can reinforce the back panel for heavier collectibles like helmets or large statues. A factory. Wetop has manufactured in Shenzhen since 2008 — today a 5,000 m² ISO 9001 certified plant, with 65+ people on the floor, and more than 2,000 custom projects behind us. Cutting, bonding, polishing, printing, and the 100% inspection against your approved sample all happen under one roof. On a collectible case that matters more than it sounds: the mitered corner and the interior riser positions are decided by the people who cut them, so a spec change goes straight to the floor instead of through a broker. Samples come back in 3–5 days.
Dust and UV are two separate specs, priced separately. For dust, the lid mechanism does the work: a lift-off lid is the simplest and lowest-cost, a magnetic lid closes flush with no visible hardware and seals better against a shelf full of dust, and a hinged or sliding front suits a case you open often. For UV, the material does the work: standard clear acrylic transmits a substantial share of UV, which is what fades paint on a figure and yellows a vintage box, while UV-filtering acrylic blocks the great majority of it. UV-filtering adds to material cost against standard clear, and it's the right call for anything displayed near a window or under bright retail lighting; a case in a windowless stockroom doesn't need it. Both options are available on every format, and both are decided at sample stage — you see the lid action and the material clarity before you commit to production.
UV-filtering acrylic is worth it for anything that fades: signed paper, jerseys and patches, painted figures, vintage toy plastic that yellows, and color-sensitive cards. Metal, glass, and ceramic pieces gain nothing from it. A dust-sealed lid matters most for action figures, watches, pens, card slabs, and LEGO, where dust shows or scratches during cleaning; vintage cameras and record sleeves can take a vented case when temperature stability matters more than dust. Let the item's height-to-base ratio decide. When the piece stands more than about 1.5× as tall as its base is wide (action figures, 1/6 figures, record sleeves, tall LEGO sets), a vertical case shows the pose. When it is wider than it is tall (watches, cameras, pens, most signed items), a horizontal case keeps the dial, lens, or signature facing the viewer. Card slabs and mid-size figures sit in between and work either way. Size the interior from the measured item plus 10–15 mm clearance per side.
We don't stock or wholesale — every order is made to your spec in production quantities from 100 pcs. A paid sample confirms the collectible fit, lid action, base and finish before the production run; the sample fee is paid separately and is not credited to production.

Yes. Send a reference photo, the collectible's maximum width, depth and height, the required clearance, quantity and destination. We turn that brief into a dimensioned drawing for approval before the paid sample is cut.
Provide the store, SKU and carton-allocation file with the RFQ. We can label inner packs and master cartons to that map, but the approved packing plan must name the case version, accessory count and destination allocation before production.
Yes. The approved drawing, cut files, artwork version, material grade and packing BOM form the reorder record. A repeat quote still confirms quantity, destination and any changed inputs rather than assuming the last order is unchanged.
They can when the base or insert is designed as a separate captured component. Specify that service requirement before sampling so the clear cover, base, insert and hardware each have their own drawing revision and BOM line.
Yes. Each unique case geometry is a separate design with a 100-piece production MOQ. Different designs may share one purchase order and shipment, but quantities are not pooled across unlike case dimensions.
