Frequently Asked Questions

What size is a golf ball display case?

A regulation golf ball is at least 1.68 in (42.67 mm) across, so a snug single-ball cube has an inside of about 1.75 in. Cases with a base and tee run about 5–6 in tall, and a 12-ball wall case in three rows is about 7.5 in wide. Those are common retail reference sizes; we build every golf ball display case to your drawing, ball count and base.

How much does a golf ball display case cost?

It is quoted from your drawing: ball count, case size, acrylic thickness, base and insert, logo printing, packing and quantity. We have no published golf ball case price. The closest published FOB Shenzhen references are a 100 mm cube box in 3 mm clear acrylic with a magnetic lid at $6–12 per unit for 100 pieces, $3–6 for 500 and $2–4 for 5,000, and a 150 × 100 × 100 mm countertop case with a magnetic lid from $6–12 per unit at 500 pieces. Send your drawing for an exact per-unit quote within 24 hours.

What is the minimum order, and can I mix case sizes?

Production starts at 100 pieces per design. A single-ball cube, a three-ball case and a wall case are three designs, so each needs 100 pieces, but they can share one purchase order, one production run and one shipment. A paid sample confirms the fit and finish before bulk.

Can you make hole-in-one display cases with an engraved plaque?

Yes. A hole-in-one case holds the ball on a tee or cup, a slot or pocket for the scorecard, and an acrylic plaque laser-engraved or UV-printed with your course or event mark. You supply the artwork files. A different name, date or hole on each plaque is variable text on the same design, not a new design, so the 100-piece minimum covers the whole batch; send the list with the RFQ.

Can you add our course, club or tournament logo?

Yes. We laser-engrave, UV-print or silk-screen logos on the base, lid or back panel, and can pack each case in a printed retail box for a pro shop or merchandise program. Logo and box artwork come from you; we produce from your files and do not design artwork.

Do the cases protect signed or commemorative balls from fading?

Standard clear and UV-filtering acrylic are different sheet grades. If the balls are signed or will sit near a window, specify UV-filtering sheet; we name the grade on the quote and supply its documentation rather than quoting a blanket percentage.

Who orders golf ball display cases from you?

Golf retailers and pro shops, course and club merchandise programs, tournament and hole-in-one award programs, golf brands and memorabilia sellers. Orders are made to order in production runs; we do not sell single cases or keep stock.

Are you the factory?

Yes. Wetop has manufactured acrylic products since 2008 in a 5,000 m² ISO 9001 certified factory in Shenzhen. Cutting, bonding, polishing, engraving, printing and the 100% inspection against your approved sample happen in-house.
