What dimensions do you build for a football jersey display case?
A standard adult-size football jersey display case is approximately 815 × 990 × 50–80mm interior — wide enough to lay the jersey on a backboard with arms slightly tucked, and shallow enough to mount on a wall without protruding too far. Youth jerseys run smaller (around 690 × 815mm). For framed jerseys with a Certificate of Authenticity slot, add 80–120mm to the height to accommodate the COA window below the jersey. Send us the jersey lay-flat dimensions and we build to fit.
Can I display a signed full-size football helmet alongside a mini-helmet?
Yes. Our football helmet acrylic display case is available as a single full-size unit, a single mini-helmet unit, or a dual case sized for one full-size helmet (approximately 280 × 320 × 270mm interior) plus one mini-helmet (approximately 150 × 180 × 140mm interior) on a shared backboard. The acrylic mini helmet display case format works equally well as a 4-helmet team-set row. Optional acrylic or felt-wrapped risers set the helmets at different heights, and most buyers add a Certificate of Authenticity pocket between the two helmets. Wall-mount and tabletop versions both available.
Do you use UV-filtering acrylic for autographed sports memorabilia?
Yes, and we recommend it for any signed item that will sit under store lighting or near a window. UV light fades autograph ink, bleaches jersey fabric, yellows old leather and fades COA hologram foil, and the damage cannot be undone. UV-filtering cast acrylic absorbs most of the UV that standard clear acrylic lets through and looks identical to clear. Grades differ, so we quote a named sheet grade and send the sheet maker's UV transmission data with the quote instead of a generic percentage; a nominated grade such as Mitsubishi Shinkolite can be specified when the order is large enough to meet that sheet's minimum. What's the MOQ for sports memorabilia display cases?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per design. That works for sports memorabilia retailers running a stocked product line, authentication houses producing branded cases for COA-paired items, fan retail chains rolling cases across multiple stores, and corporate trophy-wall builders kitting out a sports club. Mixed designs can share one purchase order and shipment, but each unique case size or configuration must reach 100 pieces.
Do you build cases for full-size baseball bats?
Yes. We build full-size baseball bat cases in three orientations: vertical (520 × 130 × 130mm interior — bat displayed upright on an angled stand), horizontal (920 × 130 × 130mm — bat lay-flat with engraved set-name plaque), and dual-bat (920 × 250 × 130mm — two bats side-by-side, common for matched-pair signed sets). Wall-mount and tabletop both available. Felt-wrapped backboards are popular for bat cases because the soft contact surface protects the barrel finish.
What size case does a signed baseball need?
A regulation baseball is 9 to 9¼ inches around (Official Baseball Rules 3.01), about 73–75 mm across, so a single-ball cube is built at about 90 × 90 × 90 mm (3.5 in) inside, which leaves room for a cup stand and lets the sweet spot face forward. Multi-ball rows and grids are set at a fixed cup pitch from the same ball size. Softballs and youth balls differ — send the ball or its circumference and we size the case to it.
Can I include a Certificate of Authenticity slot in the case?
Yes. Our standard solution is a precision-cut recessed pocket on the backboard sized to your COA document — cleanest look, sits flush with the felt or acrylic facing. Send us the COA dimensions at sample stage and we cut the pocket to fit. UV-filtering acrylic on the case face is recommended whenever the COA carries a hologram, since prolonged UV exposure can fade hologram foil.
Are you a factory, or a trading company reselling cases made elsewhere?

The felt-wrapped backboard, the recessed COA pocket, and the UV-stabilized sheet all come together on our line, and every case gets 100% inspection against your approved sample before it ships. It matters on signed goods, where a case that fits the jersey but crushes the shoulder line is a return you'd rather catch at sample stage — that conversation goes to the person who cut the backboard, not through a broker. Samples come back in 3–5 days.
Besides UV, what actually touches a signed item inside the case?
Almost nothing sharp, and that's deliberate. The contact surface is a felt- or fabric-wrapped backboard rather than bare acrylic — soft enough that jersey fabric and a bat's barrel finish rest against it without abrasion, which is why felt-wrapped backboards are standard on bat cases specifically. Balls, helmets, and mini-helmets sit on acrylic risers rather than flat on the case floor, so the item's own weight isn't bearing on a signed panel. Access is by lift-off or magnetic lid on most formats, so opening the case doesn't drag anything across the signature the way a sliding panel can. And the Certificate of Authenticity goes into its own recessed pocket cut to the document, rather than sitting loose where it can shift against the item in transit. What we don't do is adhere or clip a signed piece to the backboard — that's a decision with no undo on an autographed item, and the fit should hold it instead. Send the lay-flat or seated dimensions and we build the cradle around them.
