Retail and Beauty
Tester organization, product grouping, launch kits and replaceable inserts for changing assortments.

One approved tray specification, repeatable across artwork, inserts and reorder quantities.
Wetop manufactures made-to-order acrylic trays for retail, hospitality, beauty, gifting and fulfillment programs. Send the dimensions, quantity, artwork and packing brief; our factory returns a drawing-led quote instead of routing you to stock inventory.
ISO 9001 QMS · 5,000 m² factory · MOQ 100 per design · NDA available
A tray program succeeds when dimensions, wall construction, handles, inserts, artwork and packing are controlled as one approved specification.
Wetop reviews external dimensions, usable internal space, sheet thickness, load path and carton protection before pricing. This avoids a common sourcing error: approving the appearance while leaving the functional clearances undefined.
Artwork and inserts are treated as production-controlled inputs. Use our artwork file readiness guide to prepare fonts, layers and print boundaries, then compare the underlying product formats on the custom acrylic trays hub.
Current ordering baseline: 100 pieces per design. Paid samples normally take 3–5 days; sample fees are paid separately and never credited. Standard production takes 15–20 days after approval. A complete brief receives a quote or clarification within 24 hours.
These published FOB bands are planning references for the listed specifications. Your quote changes with dimensions, thickness, artwork, inserts, handles, packing and quantity per design.
| Reference specification | Quantity | Published FOB reference |
|---|---|---|
| 10 × 7 in, 3 mm clear, no handles | 500 pcs | From $3–6 each |
| 14 × 10 in, 5 mm, insert slot | 300 pcs | From $6–12 each |
| 18 × 12 in, 5 mm, metal handles and UV bottom print | 200 pcs | From $12–22 each |
| 18 × 14 in, 8 mm premium construction | 100 pcs | From $14–28 each |
FOB references exclude freight, duty and destination charges. They are not blanket prices for every tray with similar dimensions.

The page is designed for buyers who need a repeatable custom program, not a single stocked tray.
Need artwork control, launch-kit packing and a reorder-ready specification.
Need approved dimensions, cleaning inputs, room or venue packing and consistent presentation.
Need factory pricing, carton data, sample approval and SKU-level documentation.
Ask each supplier to show how the approved sample becomes a controlled production specification.
| Supplier check | What to ask | Wetop control point |
|---|---|---|
| Dimension convention | Are dimensions internal or external, and where is thickness applied? | Drawing review identifies internal space, outer envelope and critical clearances. |
| Artwork control | Which file, print side and color reference govern production? | Approved artwork revision and sample are tied to the production file. |
| Material and finish | Which named sheet, thickness and edge route are quoted? | Quote and drawing list material, thickness, finish and visible-side requirements. |
| Packing and reorder | How are surfaces protected and revisions separated? | Packing approval and SKU revision control are completed before bulk release. |
A complete brief shortens the quote cycle and makes the paid sample useful as a production control.
