Retail and Beauty
Tester organization, product grouping, launch kits and replaceable inserts for changing assortments.

One approved tray specification, repeatable across artwork, inserts and reorder quantities.
Wetop manufactures made-to-order acrylic trays for retail, hospitality, beauty, gifting and fulfillment programs. Send the dimensions, quantity, artwork and packing brief; our factory returns a drawing-led quote instead of routing you to stock inventory.
ISO 9001 · MOQ 100 per design · 15–20 day production · Quote in 24 h · Files never published
A tray program succeeds when dimensions, wall construction, handles, inserts, artwork and packing are controlled as one approved specification.
Wetop reviews external dimensions, usable internal space, sheet thickness, load path and carton protection before pricing. This avoids a common sourcing error: approving the appearance while leaving the functional clearances undefined.
Artwork and inserts are treated as production-controlled inputs. Use our artwork file readiness guide to prepare fonts, layers and print boundaries, then compare the underlying product formats on the custom acrylic trays hub.
We are the factory, not a wholesaler — every order is made to your spec from 100 pcs, in our own ISO 9001 facility in Shenzhen.
Current ordering baseline: 100 pieces per design. Paid samples normally take 3–5 days; sample fees are paid separately and never credited. Standard production takes 15–20 days after approval. A complete brief receives a quote or clarification within 24 hours.
These are the same named references published on the custom acrylic trays hub. Your quote changes with dimensions, thickness, artwork, inserts, handles, packing and quantity per design.

The page is designed for buyers who need a repeatable custom program, not a single stocked tray.
Need artwork control, launch-kit packing and a reorder-ready specification.
Need approved dimensions, cleaning inputs, room or venue packing and consistent presentation.
Need factory pricing, carton data, sample approval and SKU-level documentation.
Ask each supplier to show how the approved sample becomes a controlled production specification.
| Supplier check | What to ask | Wetop control point |
|---|---|---|
| Dimension convention | Are dimensions internal or external, and where is thickness applied? | Drawing review identifies internal space, outer envelope and critical clearances. |
| Artwork control | Which file, print side and color reference govern production? | Approved artwork revision and sample are tied to the production file. |
| Material and finish | Which named sheet, thickness and edge route are quoted? | Quote and drawing list material, thickness, finish and visible-side requirements. |
| Packing and reorder | How are surfaces protected and revisions separated? | Packing approval and SKU revision control are completed before bulk release. |
A complete brief shortens the quote cycle and makes the paid sample useful as a production control.

Wetop is the factory. Trays are cut, polished, printed, assembled and inspected in our own ISO 9001 facility in Shenzhen, and the people answering your drawing questions are the people producing the order. There is no reseller margin and no relay between you and production.
A broker or agent adds a margin and a communication layer: every dimension question, artwork check and QC photo is relayed second-hand. Ordering direct means revisions are priced from actual machine and labor time, the paid sample is made on the same line as bulk, and the approved tray specification stays with the factory for reorders. If your quantity is below 100 pieces per design, the paid-sample path is the route to a first physical tray.
Every order is 100% inspected against the approved physical sample before shipment, and QC photos are sent before the balance is due. After arrival you have a 7-day landed inspection window; transit damage or trays that fail the approved specification are reviewed with photo evidence and remade. We do not sell time-based warranty periods; the acceptance standard is the approved sample.
30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment, by T/T, PayPal or Western Union. Sample fees are paid separately and never credited to production.
We quote FOB Shenzhen by default. CIF and DDP are available on request: under DDP we book the freight and clear customs, so duties and taxes are in the quoted price and the trays arrive at your door. Send the destination and quantity per design and we can quote both terms; the decision math is in our FOB vs DDP guide.
Your files are used only for your production and never published. Drawings, artwork revisions, insert layouts and packing specifications are retained as your reorder record, so a repeat purchase order runs from the same approved file.
A complete brief is answered within 24 hours; the three steps below run the same way for every program.
We check dimensions, material, artwork, packing and quantity per design, then return a line-item quote or a short list of missing inputs.
