Manufacturing for mahjong brands
Custom acrylic mahjong manufacturing for your brand
Wetop makes custom acrylic mahjong tiles in Dongguan and coordinates the accessories your project needs. Start with 50 complete tile sets per design, your artwork and a clear specification; approve a physical sample before production.
A new brand launch, an accessory order and a repeat run need different information. Use the paths below to decide the scope, understand the costs and send a brief we can quote.

Know the starting costs before you brief us
Tile count, tile sets and accessory pieces are different units. List the quantity of each item so a 100-set tile request does not silently become an order for 100 of every optional accessory.
Choose what belongs in your order
Wetop manufactures the acrylic tile work; specialized partners supply some accessories and packaging under our inspection. You can source a coordinated program or a single category. Each item keeps its own specification, quantity, price and approval.

A complete custom mahjong collection
Start with the tile format, dimensions and artwork. Add racks, mat and storage as separate lines where your collection needs them.

Tiles for your existing accessories
Provide the dimensions of the racks and cases you already use. Agree the complete tile list and approve the loaded fit before production.
Specify the tile set →
An accessory-only project
Choose the rack, mat, bag or other item you need. Send its quantity and fit requirements without filling in an unrelated tile specification.

Tiles
Choose the face inventory, finished dimensions, layers and one of three face processes.
Racks and pushers
Match usable rack length to tile width, then confirm four-player set quantities.
Mats
Confirm finished size, thickness, print file and rolled storage space.
Cases and bags
Start with the packed contents and internal dimensions, then choose protection and carrying style.
Packaging
Use standard export packing for a small tile run; review printed retail packaging at its own minimum.
Other accessories
List cards, markers and other items separately with artwork, size and quantity.
Planning for a club, gift launch or retail range?

A club or hospitality program
Specify shared-use needs, cleaning expectations and how each complete set will be stored.

A branded gift project
Work backward from the required arrival date and select packaging that fits the actual order quantity.

A retail product line
Approve the sample, packaging content and product claims before building your retail listing.
These are planning scenarios, not delivered-project claims. Custom storage furniture is a separate project from a portable mahjong set.
Agree on a sample you can approve
Your approved sample should answer practical questions: are the faces readable, does the color look right in normal light, do the racks fit, and can the contents be packed as intended?
Supply your finished artwork; we check it for manufacture. A quote can start before every file is ready, but production cannot start from an unfinished design. Keep the approved file revision and physical reference together.
A coordinated color program needs separate checks for acrylic, fabric and print. We can plan related colors; we do not promise that different materials will look identical.

These planning examples show approval decisions and dependencies. They are not delivered-project testimonials.
From first inquiry to a production order
- Send the scope you know. Include items, actual quantities, tile format and size if relevant, colors, face process, artwork status, destination and target arrival date. Mark open decisions instead of guessing.
- Review the itemized quote. Check tile and accessory units, sample scope, packaging and freight. FOB item prices alone do not tell you the delivered cost.
- Approve the physical sample and files. Full custom tile sampling is paid separately. Making normally takes 15–17 days after payment, ready files and proof approval; shipping is additional.
- Release production and packing. Production estimates are about 20 days for 50 or 100 sets, 25 days for 150 or 200 sets, and 30 days for 300–1,000 sets. Other quantities and the complete delivery schedule are confirmed per project. Custom sheet preparation, changes and transit need their own time allowances.

Questions before your first production run
Can I launch with 50 custom sets?
Yes. Custom tile production starts at 50 complete sets per tile design. Two different tile designs each need their own minimum. Standard shrink-wrap export packaging and stock dice are included; racks, mats, cases and printed retail packaging are separate line items with their own minimums.
Do you design my tile faces and packaging?
You provide the finished artwork. We check whether the supplied files can be manufactured and identify missing dimensions, unclear marks or print requirements. If the artwork is still in progress, tell us what is decided so we can review the scope without treating unfinished files as ready for production.
Can I buy only accessories or supply my own tiles?
Yes. Start with the item you need and its quantity rather than completing a tile-set specification. For a rack or case that must fit existing tiles, supply actual tile dimensions and the intended arrangement; a physical reference may be needed before approving fit.
How do colors stay consistent across a set?
Approve tile layers, racks, fabric and printed packaging as separate materials against the agreed physical references. The same color name does not guarantee the same appearance across acrylic thicknesses, transparency, textiles and printing. Decide which match matters before sampling.
Can you protect my artwork and sign an NDA?
We do not disclose or reuse your project artwork. Reasonable NDA terms can be reviewed and agreed before you share restricted files. The terms should identify your confidential design and project information without assigning exclusive ownership of common manufacturing processes. A design being publicly sold does not give us permission to reuse it.
What must be approved before production starts?
The tile manifest, dimensions, layer construction, face process, artwork revision, physical sample, accessory scope, packaging and order terms must agree. Sample making normally takes 15–17 days after payment, ready files and proof approval, with transit additional. Standard production timing is confirmed for your quantity; material preparation, buyer review and freight affect the full schedule.
