Mahjong production is a multi-partner supply chain a single-factory NDA cannot honestly bind, and the manufacturing process is not customer IP. For enforceable design protection, register a trademark or design patent in your market — full reasoning in the ordering policies.

Single engraved tile samples take 5–7 days, a 12-tile color check takes 7 days, and a full-set sample takes 7–10 days including air freight. Production takes 15–20 days after sample approval. Freight and buyer-side review time are quoted against the destination, shipment mode, and approval schedule.
