Retail Launches
Counter, shelf and checkout fixtures coordinated by product, artwork revision and destination.

Merchandising geometry, artwork and packout controlled before the first production run.
Wetop builds made-to-order acrylic display stands for retail, brand, distributor and fixture programs. We translate the product, shelf or counter brief into a drawing, paid sample and repeatable production file.
ISO 9001 QMS · 5,000 m² factory · MOQ 100 per design · NDA available
A production-ready display stand connects the actual product, shopper viewing angle, replenishment method, artwork and carton limits in one approved design.
Wetop reviews load path, footprint, usable product space, access, sheet thickness, joints, print location and packing before a quote is released. The goal is not to force every program into one standard stand. It is to identify the few dimensions and approval points that control the build.
Start with the commercial formats on our custom acrylic displays hub. If your team already has production files, the CAD and DXF preparation guide explains how to mark controlling dimensions and separate reference geometry from cut paths.
Current ordering baseline: 100 pieces per design. Paid samples normally take 3–5 days; sample fees are paid separately and never credited. Standard production takes 15–20 days after approval. A complete brief receives a quote or clarification within 24 hours.
Wetop publishes a $20–40 per unit FOB planning band for a typical custom acrylic display at production quantity. It is a comparison point, not a universal stand price.
| Reference specification | Quantity | Published FOB reference |
|---|---|---|
| Typical custom acrylic display; final dimensions, finish and packing quote-specific | Production quantity | $20–40 each FOB planning band |
| Simple bent stand or riser | 100+ per design | Quote from approved drawing |
| Multi-level, printed or hardware-assisted fixture | 100+ per design | Quote from approved drawing and sample |
The published band excludes freight, duty and destination charges. Large footprints, thick sheet, metal hardware, multi-part assembly and protective packing can move a project outside the band.
Select the format by product access, viewing angle, load, replenishment and the buyer's fixture environment.
Slanted, stepped, pocketed or holder-based displays built around the actual product.

Counter, shelf and checkout fixtures coordinated by product, artwork revision and destination.
Repeatable made-to-order formats with drawing numbers, options and packing data for quotation.
SKU-separated production and packout controlled by the approved rollout schedule, not by a generic lead-time promise.
Delivered programs and representative manufacturing plans are labeled separately.

This service is for teams that need a controlled custom display rather than an off-the-shelf holder.
Need product-fit review, artwork approval, visual consistency and launch packing.
Need made-to-order factory capacity, drawing control and repeatable catalog options.
Need line-item quotes, paid samples, inspection points, carton data and destination planning.
Compare the controls behind the sample, not only the first quoted unit price.
| Supplier check | What to ask | Wetop control point |
|---|---|---|
| Actual product fit | Was the stand checked with the real product or a controlled model? | Buyer-supplied sample or approved product geometry is tied to the drawing. |
| Structural decisions | Which spans, joints, bends and loads are critical? | Critical dimensions and acceptance checks are named before production. |
| Artwork revision | How are print files and viewing sides controlled? | Approved artwork revision, print side and sample are recorded together. |
| Packout | Is the fixture packed assembled, nested or flat? | Carton method and protective interfaces are reviewed with the sample. |
The first review should expose missing inputs before they become sample revisions.
Share product dimensions or samples, fixture envelope, quantity per design, artwork and destination.

Before sample production
Use the actual product and intended counter, shelf or fixture interface.
Normally 3–5 days
Lock the sample, drawing, artwork, inspection points and shipping plan.
Normally 15–20 days
The current production MOQ is 100 pieces per design. A change to dimensions, material, artwork, insert layout, hardware, or packing can create a separate design for MOQ planning.
Yes. Send a sketch, reference photo, product sample, overall envelope and merchandising goal. We can identify the controlling dimensions and prepare a drawing for review before sampling.
Wetop manufactures non-electrical acrylic components and enclosures. We do not supply LED light boxes, drivers, wiring, or electrical integration. Any reserved interface must be defined and approved by the buyer and its qualified integrator.
A published planning reference for a typical custom acrylic display is $20–40 per unit FOB at production quantity. Final pricing depends on size, thickness, structure, print, hardware, packing and quantity per design.
