Giftware and Photo Programs
Seasonal artwork, repeat inserts and retail-ready packing tied to a stable frame drawing.

Insert fit, viewing area, hardware and packing defined before bulk production.
Wetop manufactures custom acrylic photo, certificate, floating and branded frames for giftware, institutional and retail programs. Each quote is tied to an approved size, opening, orientation and packing method.
ISO 9001 · MOQ 100 per design · 15–20 day production · Quote in 24 h · Files never published
Nominal photo or paper size is not enough: the insert, visible area, border, magnet pattern, orientation and packing must agree.
Wetop asks for the actual insert dimensions, orientation, visible-area target, acrylic thickness, hardware route, artwork and carton plan. Those inputs determine whether the frame opens easily, holds the insert as intended and remains stable in its display position.
Compare frame formats on the custom acrylic frames hub. For production artwork, use the artwork readiness guide to separate print boundaries, crop references and controlled logo files.
We are the factory, not a wholesaler — every order is made to your spec from 100 pcs, in our own ISO 9001 facility in Shenzhen.
Current ordering baseline: 100 pieces per design. Paid samples normally take 3–5 days; sample fees are paid separately and never credited. Standard production takes 15–20 days after approval. A complete brief receives a quote or clarification within 24 hours.
The bands below are the same named references published on the custom acrylic frames hub. Your frame quote changes with size, thickness, hardware, print, base, packing and quantity per design.

|---|---|---|---|

| 8.5×11in certificate frame · 5mm clear · engraved logo | from $8–16 | from $5–11 | from $4–9 |
| 11×14in floating frame · 5mm clear · standoffs | from $11–20 | from $7–14 | from $5–11 |
Typical FOB Shenzhen bands, not a quote; freight, duty and destination charges are excluded. A similar nominal insert size can price differently when border width, magnet count, sheet thickness or carton protection changes.

These programs suit buyers who need repeatable frame specifications, not mixed stock purchased by nominal size.
Need seasonal insert changes without losing the approved frame and packing specification.
Need document fit, logo control, cohort quantities and shipping data.
Need published reference pricing, paid samples and clear revision ownership.
A reliable comparison starts with insert fit and revision control, not only the nominal frame size.
| Supplier check | What to ask | Wetop control point |

| Insert fit | What exact insert dimensions and visible area were quoted? | Drawing records the insert, opening, border and orientation. |
| Opening method | How does the buyer replace the insert? | Sample review covers access, magnets or fasteners and handling. |

Wetop is the factory. Frames are cut, polished, printed, fitted with hardware and inspected in our own ISO 9001 facility in Shenzhen, and the people answering your insert-fit questions are the people producing the order. There is no reseller margin and no relay between you and production.
A broker or agent adds a margin and a communication layer: every insert-fit question, artwork check and QC photo is relayed second-hand. Ordering direct means revisions are priced from actual machine and labor time, the paid sample is made on the same line as bulk, and the approved frame drawing stays with the factory for reorders. If your quantity is below 100 pieces per design, the paid-sample path is the route to a first physical frame.
Every order is 100% inspected against the approved physical sample before shipment, and QC photos are sent before the balance is due. After arrival you have a 7-day landed inspection window; transit damage or frames that fail the approved specification are reviewed with photo evidence and remade. We do not sell time-based warranty periods; the acceptance standard is the approved sample.
30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment, by T/T, PayPal or Western Union. Sample fees are paid separately and never credited to production.
We quote FOB Shenzhen by default. CIF and DDP are available on request: under DDP we book the freight and clear customs, so duties and taxes are in the quoted price and the frames arrive at your door. Send the destination and quantity per design and we can quote both terms; the decision math is in our FOB vs DDP guide.
Your files are used only for your production and never published. Drawings, insert dimensions, artwork revisions and packing specifications are retained as your reorder record, so a repeat purchase order runs from the same approved file.
A complete brief is answered within 24 hours; the three steps below run the same way for every program.
We check dimensions, material, artwork, packing and quantity per design, then return a line-item quote or a short list of missing inputs.
