Ordering Policies
Six Rules That Apply to Every Box Order
These terms come from the same procurement baseline as the acrylic boxes hub and do not change with order size.
1MOQ is 100 pieces per design
Different inside dimensions, closure types, colors, or artwork versions count as separate designs unless the written quote states otherwise. Below 100 pieces, the paid sample is the route to a first physical box.
2Sample fees are paid separately and never credited
A production-grade sample normally takes 3–5 days after the drawing and artwork are approved. The fee covers one-off material, setup, finishing, and inspection; it is not deducted from the production order.
330% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
Payment by T/T, PayPal, or Western Union. Production starts after the deposit and the approved sample; QC photos are sent before the balance is due.
4No warranty period; a 7-day landed inspection window
Every order is 100% inspected against the approved physical sample before shipment. After arrival you have 7 days to report transit damage or boxes that fail the approved specification, with photo evidence, for case-by-case remake.
5Quotes follow the real quantity
Send the number you will actually order. Published ranges are budget references for named scenarios; the written quote is calculated for your exact dimensions, closure, interior, quantity, destination, and packing.
6Your files stay with your production
Drawings, artwork, and packing specifications are used only for your production and are never published. They are retained as your reorder record so a repeat purchase order runs from the same approved file.

What Happens After You Send the Spec
Paid sample in 3–5 days
Once the drawing and artwork are approved, a production-grade sample is bonded and fitted on the same line as bulk. Test the closure, the insert fit, and the print with the real contents.
Production in 15–20 days
After the sample is signed off and the deposit is received, bulk production runs against the approved sample, with 100% inspection and QC photos before shipment.

Is Wetop the factory or a trading company?
Wetop is the factory. Boxes are cut, polished, bonded, printed, fitted, and inspected in our own ISO 9001 facility in Shenzhen, and the people answering your drawing questions are the people producing the order.
How does ordering direct compare with a broker or a stock-catalog supplier?
A broker adds a margin and relays every drawing question second-hand; a stock catalog limits you to the inside dimensions and closures it already holds. Ordering direct means the box is drawn around your contents, the paid sample is bonded on the same line as bulk, revisions are priced from actual machine time, and the approved file stays with the factory for reorders.
What happens if a shipment arrives damaged or off-spec?
Every order is 100% inspected against the approved physical sample and QC photos are sent before the balance is due. After arrival you have a 7-day landed inspection window; transit damage or boxes that fail the approved specification are reviewed with photo evidence and remade. We do not sell time-based warranty periods.
What are the payment terms for a custom box program?
30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment, by T/T, PayPal, or Western Union. Sample fees are paid separately and never credited to production.
Do you quote FOB only, or can you quote a landed DDP price?
We quote FOB Shenzhen by default. CIF and DDP are available on request: under DDP we book the freight and clear customs, so duties and taxes are in the quoted price and the boxes arrive at your door. Send the destination and quantity per design and we can quote both terms.
How are my drawings and artwork handled?
Your files are used only for your production and are never published. Drawings, artwork revisions, and packing specifications are retained as your reorder record, so a repeat purchase order runs from the same approved file.
