Acrylic donor recognition plaques
Donor walls are built as modular systems: name plaques from 50 × 25 mm (name only) to 150 × 75 mm (name and message), header panels up to 600 × 300 mm with full-color UV printing, on aluminum rails, magnetic panels, French cleats or standoff pins. Giving levels are set apart by plaque size, color, metallic finish or border, and new donors are added later without replacing the wall.
What affects acrylic plaque pricing?
Plaques are quoted per specification; these six choices set the unit price.
Size is the main driver: a 150 × 200 mm plaque in 5 mm acrylic costs a fraction of a 300 × 400 mm plaque in 10 mm. UV printing is the economical route to full color; hot stamping adds a per-impression cost and combining methods costs more. Unit cost drops at 200, 500 and 1,000+ pieces: a 500-piece order costs substantially less per plaque than a 100-piece run.

Can each plaque in a batch have a different name or text?
Yes. Variable data printing lets us print a unique name, title, date, or message on every plaque in a single production run — no extra setup fee per variant. This is how most corporate awards programs work: same design, different recipient on each piece. UV printing handles variable data natively. Laser engraving can also do it but runs slower per unit. Name changes do not make a new design, so the 100-piece minimum applies to the whole batch.
What is the smallest acrylic plaque you can make?
We manufacture acrylic plaques as small as 75mm × 50mm (about business-card size) in 3mm thickness — common for desk nameplates and small recognition tokens. Most award plaques range from 150mm × 200mm to 300mm × 400mm, and wall displays go up to 600mm × 900mm.
How does edge-lit engraving work on acrylic plaques?
Edge-lit engraving uses laser-etched text or graphics on a clear acrylic panel combined with an LED base that shines light into the panel's edge. The light travels through the acrylic via total internal reflection and only escapes where the laser has etched the surface — making engraved areas glow while the rest stays transparent. The effect works best on 8–15mm clear acrylic with deep engraving passes.

Transit damage reported with photos is remade case by case.
