Common Questions
What is the production minimum?
The MOQ is 100 pieces per artwork. Separate logo versions are separate designs because each needs its own proof, print or engraving setup, and inspection reference.
How are samples charged?
Sample fees are paid separately and never credited to production. A production-grade sample normally takes 3–5 days after artwork approval.
Can I use the builder without finished artwork?
Yes. Select the closest size and method, then attach a reference image. Vector artwork is required before the production proof is approved, but it is not required for the first planning quote.
