What is the minimum order, and does a new year count as a new design?
Production starts at 100 pieces per design. Changing only variable text on the same layout, such as the year, dates, names or a location, does not create a new design. A different size, grid layout, color or print method is a separate design with its own 100-piece minimum, and several designs can share one order and one shipment.
Can you write on an acrylic calendar with dry-erase markers?
Yes. With the grid printed on the back face, the marker goes on the smooth front face and wipes off without touching the ink. Test the exact marker you plan to sell or use on the paid sample. Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid alcohol-based, ammonia or abrasive cleaners.
How is a large acrylic wall calendar mounted?
Standoffs are the secure option: metal barrels screwed through drilled holes in the panel into wall anchors. Match the anchor to the wall; plasterboard anchors for drywall, masonry plugs for brick or concrete. We do not recommend adhesive magnets for a large panel: a 5 mm sheet about 1 m wide weighs roughly 3.5 kg and magnets give no positive lock.
Can each calendar ship in its own retail box?
Yes. For brands that sell direct to consumers, each set can ship in a printed rigid box with foam corners, tissue, the hardware kit and an instruction card, and several boxes go into one outer carton so shipping labels never touch the retail box. Plain bulk packing is available for corporate or event orders.
How long does a custom acrylic calendar order take?
A paid sample takes 3–5 days and costs USD 200–500, paid separately and never credited to production. Production takes 15–20 days after the sample is approved, then shipping. For a calendar tied to a selling season or a new year, send the RFQ early enough to cover sample, production and transit.
