Why we ask

"Recommend for me" asks us to propose a body and confirm its price on the quote. Weight uses cast acrylic at about 1.2 g/cm³. Compare the bodies on sizes and layers or the tile size guide.

LayersDefault

Choose the tile construction. Prices update with your face process.

Why we ask

A layer is one sheet of acrylic glued into the tile. One layer is a single solid color all the way through. Two layers give you a different color on the face and on the back — that is what most custom sets use. Three or more add color bands you can see along the edge. If you are not sure, choose "Not sure" and we propose the stack with your quote.

How we build it: layers are cut from 3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 mm cast sheets, so the stack has to add up to the tile height; cores are 3 mm or thicker, never 0.5 mm. Every stack is reviewed for feasibility and quoted for its exact configuration; additional layers do not inherit a 4-layer price.

Skip this if you have not decided — we propose a sheet color on the quote. A stock code means no color lead time; a Pantone target is a made-to-order sheet, with pricing confirmed for the selected configuration.

Why we ask

Tap the chip to open the board. It holds 199 in-stock sheet codes, photographed as real chips, filtered down to the ones that suit the layer you are choosing for. Not on the board? Type a Pantone number under the board for a live preview (907 solid numbers, screen approximation) of a sheet made to order: about 15 days for the sheet plus about 10 extra days on the sample, price confirmed for the selected configuration. Use the color picker or a hex value for any other reference, or choose Closest to this photo and attach the photo in the form. Fluorescent sheets are for cores and backs, not engraved faces. Every screen color is an approximation; the physical sample is the color standard. Full board: colors.

The five file checks
  1. True vector .ai or vector PDF; a placed PNG or JPG is still raster and cannot drive engraved linework.
  2. Outlined text and strokes Every font converted to outlines, every stroke expanded before export.
  3. One artboard per unique face Named by tile; repeated tiles reuse the same artwork. The number of files depends on your tile manifest.
  4. Embedded images Links panel empty; every image used in UV-print areas embedded.
  5. Named colors Pantone or hex labels for print colors; sheet colors by stock code or Pantone target, approved on sample.

DDP is selected by default: we deliver to your door and pay the duties, so there is nothing for you to arrange. Choose FOB if you have your own freight forwarder and want to ship from our port, or EXW to collect from the factory. A postcode makes the delivered price sharper, but it is not required to ask.

Transit estimates start after dispatch and exclude production. The route, customs and final delivery affect timing; we confirm the service and named place in your quote. FOB and CIF apply to sea shipments.

Sample-first calendar: about 15–17 days for the sample, about 20–30 days for production at the listed quantity tiers after approval, plus transit. Full timeline: process and lead time.

  • You supply production-ready artwork wherever custom printing or engraving is needed. We do not draw or redraw artwork.

Can I request a quote before the artwork is ready?

Yes. Choose “Artwork in progress” and share the specifications you know. Finished custom artwork and an approved proof are needed before sampling.

What does the estimate include?

The subtotal includes the tile and accessory reference prices shown for your selections, on an FOB Shenzhen basis. Custom specifications and unpriced items need review. Freight and samples are separate; your written quote confirms the total.

What if I need several set designs or additional samples?

Use this form for one complete-set design. Describe additional set designs or sample copies in the notes; we confirm their quantities and fees separately. Each production design starts at 50 complete sets.

Can you review an NDA before I share files?

Yes. Email the proposed NDA to inquiry@wetopacrylic.com for review before sharing confidential files. Reasonable terms can be agreed; your project files are used only for your project.
