Acrylic Mahjong Racks & Pushers

A mahjong rack is the L-shaped or straight tile holder that sits in front of each player and houses their 13 active tiles plus drawn tiles. A mahjong pusher is the angled arm used to push tiles across the table — distinctly an American mahjong accessory (Chinese mahjong typically doesn't use them). Most modern US sets ship them as a combo product, with the pusher integrated into the rack's outboard edge. The industry-standard stack length is 18 inches; pastel multi-color sets of 4 (pink, blue, yellow, green) are the dominant retail SKU.

Our production MOQ is 100 sets of four per design. One set contains the four rack-and-pusher pieces needed for one mahjong table. A paid sample is available before production so you can approve color, grip, interlock, branding, and fit. Unit economics improve further at 200–500 sets per design.

Premium 4-piece acrylic rack-and-pusher sets retail in the US at roughly $55–75 across the established designer-brand tier. UV-printed brand artwork on the rack body (any color, full-color register), laser-engraved monogram on the rack body or pusher arm (clean frosted-white mark on the acrylic), or hot-stamp foil for metallic logos. Custom Joker artwork on the inner-facing rack ledge is the premium-tier customization. Print area covers roughly 8 × 1.5 inches on the rack body.

Standalone pushers (without rack body) for sets that ship with traditional racks but need pusher arms added — popular with hospitality OEM. Both standalone configurations ship at MOQ 100 sets of 4 same as combo product. Most US buyers source the combo since it eliminates fit-tolerance issues between rack and pusher from different vendors.

Three options. Brass pin (default, premium tier — warm tonal match with cream-translucent cast PMMA, doesn't oxidize). Stainless steel screw (budget tier — works but reads less premium). Magnetic interlock (zero-hardware option — pusher snaps to rack with embedded N52 magnets, fastest assembly but limited to specific orientation). For multi-color sets where each rack-pusher pair is in a different colorway, brass-pin assembly is the cleanest visual default.

100% visual inspection and a color check against your approved physical sample gate every batch before shipment approval, with ISTA 3A drop-test sign-off on the production run and QC photos before the cargo leaves the warehouse. On arrival you have a 7-day inspection window to validate the shipment against the approved master; transit damage or units that fail the approved spec are reviewed with photo evidence and remade. Custom production is not sold with a warranty period — the approved sample, not a time-based guarantee, is the acceptance standard. Pusher arm tip is the highest-wear zone — we use a slightly thicker 6 mm cast PMMA at the contact-edge corners to mitigate. Hardware note: brass-pin and screw interlocks are inspected piece by piece before packing the warranty window; replacement units ship by air at our cost if the buyer's downstream timeline is on the line.
