What custom acrylic fabrication services do you offer?

Full in-house: CNC routing/milling, laser cutting, hot bending and forming, diamond/flame polishing, solvent and UV bonding, UV flatbed and silk-screen printing, foil stamping, laser engraving, threaded inserts, and CNC-bed annealing. We work from your CAD/STEP/DWG files.

What file formats do you accept?

STEP, IGES, STL, DXF, DWG, AI, PDF (with dimensions), Solidworks SLDPRT, and Inventor IPT. For 3D parts we strongly prefer STEP — it preserves curves and tolerances better than mesh formats. Hand sketches with dimensions also work for prototypes.

What's your MOQ and how does pricing work?

MOQ is 50 pieces for production runs. For prototype runs (1–10 pieces) we charge by hourly engineering + materials — typically US$120–400 for a one-off prototype — for reference only; final price depends on structure, size, thickness, and order quantity. Send us your CAD and we'll email a quote in 24 hours.

What tolerances can you hold?

Standard CNC tolerances: ±0.1 mm on linear dimensions, ±0.05 mm on critical fits. Diamond-polished optical edges hold dimensional ±0.05 mm with no haze. We can hold tighter for an additional fee — discuss with our engineering team.

How fast can you turn around prototypes?

Prototypes ship in 3–5 business days after CAD review and quote acceptance. DHL/FedEx to US/EU adds 3–5 days transit.

How do we pay safely from overseas?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Every transaction comes with a formal invoice and receipt. We sign a mutual NDA within 24 hours before you send files.
