From your first file to a shipped order. Sample and production times start after drawing review and payment.

Send drawing and quantity
A CAD file, dimensioned drawing, sketch or reference photo, plus the quantity per design. Files are used only for your order.

Get the quote
A real account manager replies with the per-unit price at your quantity, sample fee, lead time and shipping terms. Engineers join for tolerance and DFM questions.

Approve a paid sample
Made on the production equipment. Paid separately and never credited to the order.

Production run
A 30% deposit starts production. Every piece is inspected against the approved sample.

Questions buyers ask before ordering
What custom acrylic fabrication services do you offer?
Everything runs in house: laser cutting, CNC routing and milling, hot bending and thermoforming, diamond and flame polishing, solvent bonding and assembly, UV and silk-screen printing, hot stamping and laser engraving. We make finished products and parts to your drawing in production runs from 100 pieces per design.
What file formats do you accept?
STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, AI or a PDF with dimensions. A sketch or photo with the key dimensions also works for a first quote. For 3D parts, STEP keeps curves and tolerances better than mesh formats. Files over 6 MB: paste a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link in the form.
What's your MOQ and how does pricing work?
The minimum is 100 pieces per design. Several designs can share one order as long as each design reaches 100 pieces. A paid pre-production sample is separate from the production quantity; sample fees are paid separately and never credited. We don't make single pieces or prototype-only jobs, and we don't sell sheet. Price depends on structure, size, thickness, finish and quantity; send your drawing for a quote within 24 hours.
What tolerances can you hold?
Our standard working tolerance is ±0.2 mm. We can achieve ±0.1 mm on marked fit-critical 2D profiles cut by laser or CNC after drawing review. If a part must slip-fit or nest with another component, identify those dimensions and provide the mating part when practical so we can tune the sample before production.
How fast can you make a paid sample, and what does it cost?
Paid pre-production samples normally take 3–5 business days after drawing review and payment. A sample typically costs US$200–500 depending on complexity; the fee is paid separately and never credited to the order. Freight time is quoted separately.
Is there a tooling or setup fee?
Most products carry no tooling or setup fee. Some complex custom parts do, depending on the product and requirements; when one applies, it is stated in the written quote.
How do we pay safely from overseas?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Every transaction comes with a formal invoice and receipt. Your files are used only for your production and are never published.
