What's your MOQ and how much does it cost per piece?
MOQ is 50 pieces. A 300×200×40mm clear tray with UV-printed logo at 500 pcs runs US$5–9 FOB — for reference only; final price depends on structure, size, thickness, and order quantity. Send us your spec and we'll email a per-unit quote in 24 hours.
How fast can you ship samples?
3–5 business days after artwork approval for a production sample in your exact spec. Stock samples ship in 24 hours. DHL/FedEx to US/EU takes 3–5 days.
Can you match our colors and print our logo?
Yes. Multi-color acrylic (dyed or printed), UV flatbed print for full-color artwork, gold/silver foil stamping, laser etch, and silk-screen. Send your brand guide or a color code.
Can you make non-standard sizes and shapes?
Every tray is cut to your drawing — round, oval, rectangular, hexagonal, or custom contour. Minimum wall 3 mm; 5 or 8 mm recommended for serving or stackable trays.
Will the acrylic yellow over time?
No. We use 100% virgin cast PMMA (not recycled). Cast acrylic resists UV yellowing for 10+ years indoors. Edges are polished to optical clarity — no hazing.
How do we pay safely from overseas?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Every transaction comes with a formal invoice and receipt. Established clients with a track record can request flexible terms.
