Questions buyers ask before ordering
What's your MOQ and how much does it cost per piece?
MOQ is 100 pieces per design. As a named reference, a 16 × 12 in serving tray in 5 mm clear acrylic with cut-out handles and an etched logo is $19 each at 100 pieces, $11 at 500 and $8 at 1,000, FOB Shenzhen. Size, thickness, handles, color, artwork method, packing and destination move the final number. Send your spec and we'll email a per-unit quote in 24 hours.
How fast can you ship samples?
Paid samples take 3–5 business days after artwork approval and are made in your exact spec. A sample typically costs US$200–500 depending on complexity; sample fees are paid separately and never credited. DHL or FedEx to the US or EU takes 3–5 days.
Can you match our colors and print our logo?
Yes. Colored or frosted acrylic, UV flatbed print for full-color artwork, gold or silver foil stamping, laser engraving and silk-screen. Send your logo file and a color code; color is approved on the physical sample.
Can you make non-standard sizes and shapes?
Every tray is cut to your drawing — round, oval, rectangular, hexagonal or a custom contour, Minimum wall 3 mm; 5 or 8 mm recommended for serving or stackable trays.
Will the acrylic yellow over time?
No. We use 100% virgin cast PMMA (not recycled). Every tray is inspected 100% against the approved sample before shipment, and edges are polished to optical clarity with no hazing.
How do we clean the trays?
Wipe with a soft cloth and mild detergent, then dry. The trays are not dishwasher-safe; avoid alcohol-based, ammonia and abrasive cleaners.
How do we pay safely from overseas?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Every transaction comes with a formal invoice and receipt. Established clients with a track record can request flexible terms.
