What's your MOQ and how much does it cost per piece?
MOQ is 100 pieces per design. As a named reference, a 100 × 60 × 20 mm clear logo block with a full-color surface UV print is $12 at 100 pieces, $9 at 250 and $7 at 500, FOB Shenzhen. Size, thickness, logo method, packing and quantity set the final price. Send your logo and dimensions and we'll email a per-unit quote in 24 hours.
What logo methods do you offer for blocks?
Six options: surface UV print (full color), reverse print (printed on the back and viewed through the front for depth), embedded laser engraving (3D inside the block), silk-screen (single color), gold or silver foil stamping, and laser etching. We print from your logo files and confirm the method on the paid sample.
How thick can the blocks be?
From 20 mm (our 100 × 60 × 20 mm reference block) up to 100 mm in solid cast acrylic; anything thicker is built up with diamond-bonded layers and no visible seam. Most corporate desk blocks run 40–60 mm.
Can you make blocks in custom shapes (logo silhouettes, beveled edges, etc.)?
Yes. Every block is CNC-cut to your drawing, including custom contours, beveled corners, chamfered edges and laser-engraved interior details. Minimum corner radius 2 mm; no maximum size for bonded builds.
How fast can you ship samples?
Paid samples in your exact spec take 3–5 business days after artwork approval and typically cost US$200–500 depending on complexity. Sample fees are paid separately and never credited. DHL or FedEx to the US or EU: 3–5 days.
What happens if blocks arrive damaged or wrong?
Every block is inspected 100% against the approved sample, and you get QC photos before shipment. After delivery you have a 7-day inspection window; send photos of any transit damage or spec failure and we remake those pieces case by case.
How do we pay safely from overseas?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. Every transaction comes with a formal invoice and receipt. Established clients with a track record can request flexible terms.
