Questions buyers ask before ordering
What is the production MOQ for a custom acrylic box?
The production MOQ is 100 pieces per design. A paid pre-production sample is separate from the production quantity. Sample fees are paid separately and never credited.
Is the MOQ counted per size and per artwork?
Yes. Each box size and each artwork version is its own design with its own 100-piece minimum. A 200 × 150 × 100 mm box and a 250 × 150 × 100 mm box are two designs; the same box with two printed artworks is also two designs. Quantities do not pool across designs.
Which lid and closure styles can you make?
Common routes include lift-off lids, telescoping lids, hinged lids, magnetic closures, sliding drawers and lockable sliding doors. Final construction depends on the box dimensions, access pattern, contents and packing method.
What should I send for a quote?
Send external dimensions, material or thickness preference, lid or access style, quantity per design, artwork files and a photo or sketch. If the box must fit a product, include the product dimensions and required clearance.
How long do samples and production take?
Paid samples normally take 3–5 business days after the drawing and finish are approved and typically cost US$200–500 depending on complexity. Standard production is 15–20 business days after sample and artwork approval. Freight time is quoted separately.
Can you print a logo or full-color artwork?
Yes. UV printing, screen printing, laser engraving and foil details are selected by artwork, coverage, color target and viewing distance. We print from your files and confirm the chosen method on the paid sample before production.
Why does a metallic-gold printed sample cost more than a standard printed sample?
A metallic-gold graphic is built from more process layers than a single-pass print: a white or opaque underbase, the metallic ink or foil layer, and registration between them on clear acrylic. The sample also has to prove the gold tone, opacity and viewing-side construction on the named material, because a screen preview cannot approve a metallic color target. The extra setup and verification time is priced into the sample; the sample fee is paid separately and never credited.
Do you make single display cases or graded-card cases for collectors?
No. We make graded-card and collectible display cases for card shops, retailers and brands, from 100 pieces per design. We don't sell single cases.
