Board Cutting
CNC Cutting
CNC cutting is used for cutting the acrylic sheet in shape, No matter what shape or pattern you want to achieve, CNC cutting will make it happen.
Diamond Polishing
This is used for polishing the acrylic sheets’ edges by machine, aiming to clean the cutting marks after board cutting.
Cloth-Wheel Polishing
The second polish process helped clean the dust and scratches on the surface of the acrylic sheet.
Fire Polishing
This is used for products with non-regular structures, such as holes or small gaps that the diamond & cloth wheel polishing can not touch.
Hot Bending
Through hot bending, Acrylic can be shaped in a different radian to meet the various function or appearance needs.

01.Printing
Silk-Screen and UV print are the most common print ways we use for acrylic fabrication. Available for multi-color print and matched by Pantone.
03. Engraving
Make the logo by engraving machine instead of print methods. The logo is solid but has limited color options.
03. Sticker
Generally used for large-size items that expect multi-color and gradient color, it is the alternative solution for UV printing.

Joining Acrylic Sheets
Our acrylic experts join the acrylic sheets to a specific structure with acrylic glue. Like building a tall skyscraper, the whole process must concentrate on one’s attention. We request that the workers in this process have more than 3 years of experience.
Assembling
Acrylic is available for assembling with many kinds of materials and accessories. Such as combined with wood and metal. Install with LED light, LCD screen, handles, and screw. There is a lot of possibility in acrylic manufacturing.
Checking Details
After the production is completed, We will check the details of each piece according to the approved sample. The content included: Size, Color, Appearance, Structure, and Function. To make sure each product finsihed as per correct instruction.
Cleaning
As the acrylic is easily dirty or leaves fingerprints during manufacturing, we will clean all of them before packing.
Packaging Solution
We will provide a tailored packaging solution to ensure each product is safe for shipping according to different shipping methods and the product’s features. All packaging solutions strictly follow the ISTA drop-test standard.
